Well, Suge was in the car that Tupac got murdered in so if he had anything to do with the murders, i'm sure he'd made sure Pac wasn't in a bulletproof car. I'm not sure about Biggie though.

@@jayco2309 He thought that Suge, Death Row and Biggie’s murderers were directly involved with his death as well, but it was the South Side Crips. Puffy hired Pac’s killers, not Suge.

I believe Suge set up the fight with Orlando, I don't believe he had him killed. I believe Reggie Wright orchestrated the hit on both Biggie and Tupac
