As promised in our previous video (ruclips.net/video/WanrApWfAnQ/видео.html), we continue our review of the latest offroad vehicles coming in 2023-2024. Which of these SUVs, trucks and side-by-sides is your top pick?
The GX 550 looks like a proper truck! Like wagons (SUVs) of the 1990s and 1980s! I'm absolutely in love with it and think it will finally be the vehicle that will be good enough that I'm comfortable retiring my 4Runner, as my overlander! Toyota has won the 2023 Dakar Rally with this twin turbo V6, used in a GR Hilux T1+, and previously in a different class with nearly stock LC 300, proving the durability of the engine! I'm excited to get the GX 550 with this engine! We live in Utah USA now, so will be exploring desert terrains and long desert trails, just like Dakar lol. Great and helpful video, as usual! Thanks! ☺️
Hello, yes it seems that Toyota has finally gotten to updating their all-time favorite SUVs. They got Land Cruiser last year and Lexus GX this year. I wonder if they will ever decide to refresh the 4Runner. Love that vehicle, hope it gets a fresh face too.
@@automotiveterritory Like the GX, the 4Runner is based on the Land Cruiser Prado platform, so Toyota had to develop a new Prado first, then they unveil it as the Lexus GX in the west, then unveil it as a new gen Prado in the East, then 6th gen 4Runner comes last. However, Toyota recently announced that the Land Cruiser name is returning to North America. It will be definitely be the mid-sized Prado (Same as the GX but with a Toyota badge), just called Land Cruiser, which has caused predicting that the 4Runner will be discontinued. Sadly.
the GMC Canyon AT4X 4WD + 3.0 in. Lift 2.8 I4 4-Dr Crew Cab Pickup Truck (LHD) could seriously do with a proper heavy duty 3.0 in. suspension lift from the factory or GMC licensed AEV . . . not to mention a beefed up suspension featuring stiffer springs & shocks . . . 18.0 in. alloys shod with 33.5 in. A/T radial tyres . . .
@@automotiveterritory keep in mind that the Canyon AT4X already comes with a 3.0 in. suspension lift from the factory . . . therefore a 3.0 in. suspension lift over the stock 10.0 in. of ground clearance is more than one might ever need . . . with the additional 3.0 in. suspension lift total ground clearance increases to almost 12.0 in . . . that in turn translates to a 53% increase in ramp over angle . . .

I would have bought the Rezvani. Unfortunately, missing a couple of hundred thousand dollars.

3-in lift? Do you think it needs to be even higher above the ground?
