I main Olimar (my others mains are not lame), and I can admit it is too lame, and I have tried to make my gameplay not based on side b-grab-run or up b to the other side of the stage, I'm really sorry for all the times that you have found a lame Olimar (99%), I know it is horrible and even I get bored in the Olimar Dittos or when I play with my other mains and I find one

PD: I also play competitive chess and it's so much better than fighting an olimar

First, he would be have speed of Mewtwo and the weight of Shulk, he would have two jumps and would be able to crawl.
Jab: dribbling a basketball and throwing it at the opponent’s face
Dash attack: two handed shove
F tilt: turns into Squirtle and spits water
Up tilt: overhead hand swipe
Down tilt: leg sweep
F Smash: pulls out Lucina’s sword and stabs it forward
Up Smash: Magic lightning blast
Down Smash: Two magic fire pillars on opposite sides
Nair: Starfish Nair
Fair: pulls out rifle and swings it from high to low for a spike
Bair: pulls out rifle and shoots it backwards
Up air: shoots magic energy out of his finger launching up
Dair: throws basketball down for a spike
Neutral Special: Pulls out rifle and says “The Sniper”
Side Special: Dunks a basketball and spikes offstage
Up Special: says “I’m going high” and uses Zoom to get to the top middle of the stage, can be used to recover from anywhere

Final Smash: Poppt Storm, hundreds of Ness’ come in PK Thundering and start to spam PK Fire, then hundreds of Lucina’s come in and use shield breaker to kill everyone

Side taunt: says “The Sniper’s looking down his scope.”
Down taunt: says “People watch me.”

I feel for HopCat here; I too, have a housemate with an unrefined taste palet that doesn't like onions or chocolate-mint... or basically any combination of flavors that isn't incredibly boring and conventional (not sure about Little Z on this one though of course).

One thing I find interesting is it's hard to call any character lame, because Japan makes them look hype. Think of this way, the top 6 players in Japan, mains ROB (Zackray), Duck Hunt (Raito), Megaman (Kameme), Pac Man (Tea), Olimar (Shuton), and Sonic (Ken), and all of them play like monsters.
Ken legit discovered a 0-80 with sonic that requires no spindash.

Canadian here, you will love the snow and snowboarding for the first month... Then it settles in that you have to shovel it off your driveway everyday, and only the snowboarding becomes appealing after that point.

I think every character can be played hupe or lame that it's up to the player. For example ness, toxic 9 year olds just spam pk fire but sick pros like jordan have insane combos and good edgeguards
