This is awesome! I could see some of the inspiration from other web formulas with the polysorbate 80 and polymethyl methacrylate. Will definitely miss your videos, hopefully i can make my own original web formula one day. Thank you for the great content, and farewell🕸
Yea man those guys have really helped take web shooter and web fluid technology to another level. And thank you for your support! You can definitely do whatever you put your mind to so I say go for it. Have a good one ✌🏾
This Fluid is non-toxic in the sense that no toxic fumes are excreted as a by-product of any chemical reaction. Now obviously you don’t want to ingest any of these ingredients or get them in your eyes or anything, that’s pretty self explanatory.
I see you took inspiration from Brain Ion and The Blood-Spider for the ingredients for the web fluid. Awesome cartridge design. Sad that you're leaving but I guess all good things come to an end.
Not a dumb question at all! Tetraflourethane is a popular refrigerant but because it is a gas, it can also be used as a propellant. The reason r-134a is used specifically is because of its solvent-like qualities and the fact that it helps the isopropanol dissolve the PMMA polymer alongside other ingredients.
are there any other peoples designs i can use an get the same results? I am just now getting into this and have to clue how to 3d model yet and want to have something simple to start out. Also maybe cheaper (maybe having to use a different formula) cause i dont want to blow $100 on this formula and only be able to use it for a total of an hour.
R-134a acts as a propellant in the web fluid, but it also helps dissolve some of the ingredients. However, it cannot dissolve all of the ingredients on its own which is why Isopropyl alcohol is also needed as a solvent.
Hey u have any ideas on how you could possibly improve the distance, i can try on my own to solve the strength improvement but i cant figure out the psi
I know this is a pretty difficult question to answer, but are there any alternatives to the isopropyl alcohol and 134A? My country has a ban on all isopropyl alcohol higher than 75% and the 134A can be super hard to find. Im looking into alternatives myself but it'd be great to get some tips from the source
*sigh*. Man honestly one thing that could work is using the 75% isopropyl alcohol and lowering the amount of PMMA so that it can dissolve it better. A possible alternative for the 134A could be this 403C super duster I used on accident once that worked similarly to the 134A. But honestly I can’t guarantee that will work. It sucks man but the best course of action would be to have all the materials listed and follow the directions to the tee for reliable results. Really sorry I couldn’t help you further, I hope it all works out 🥲
I would recommend refillable co2 cartridges because since they are metal, they can withstand a ton of pressure and whatever solvent your web fluid uses won’t eat away at the metal unless it’s super dangerous. Also, adding dip tubes to your cartridges will allow you to shoot webs vertically. My last video shows you how to make the web cartridges I used in this video, feel free to look at that for inspiration.
@@anonymouss.2158 thanks alot (: this really helps another thing is i have no experiance with creating stl files would you have any other advice revolving around the housing im kinda glad you didnt show your stl files because i have alot of ideas just no clue how to strart
@@Slackah_209 if you do have a 3D printer I would recommend using tinkercad. It’s a super easy and free software that’s perfect for beginners and is actually what I used to make all of my 3D models. That actually is pretty sick,is that safe for supervised children tho?Ive seen toy We shooters spray fake web fluid or some that can grab your keys eg JrLaser. I’m wondering-can you actually grab things?
In my most recent upload I succeeded in lifting a solo cup, but this formula is still a work in progress. I won’t be able to lift anything like serious with this for a while, however that is the goal! As far as safety goes, it’s about as safe as a can of silly string and is non-toxic.
@@anonymouss.2158 I'm working with this web fluid right now and I think I have some ideas for improvements, just for starters "cross linking agents" can be added to fluid to make it stronger...

This is so actually cool thank u so much for the tutorial!!
You should try making a bigger web shooter with as spinning nozzle like the ps4 web shooter to try and braid the web to make it stronger
try salicylic acid, toulene, methanol, carbon tetrachloride, potassium carbonate, and ethyl acetate.
Will it work

Hey man can you please explain how your webs actually shoot out from the shooters,im having a hard time understanding
Congrats on the win !!!
What was the red tube u put in the co2 canister
also real quick, um stupid question but how do you know when you've filled it with enough tetrafluoroethane??????
Amazing video!! But dumb question. What's the purpose of the r134a? Is a refrigerant that makes things cold?
Not a dumb question at all! Tetraflourethane is a popular refrigerant but because it is a gas, it can also be used as a propellant. The reason r-134a is used specifically is because of its solvent-like qualities and the fact that it helps the isopropanol dissolve the PMMA polymer alongside other ingredients.
Does the 134a also solidify the webs? Or say you used butane or smthn, would it still come out solid like in the video?
dude that is awesome but can you please do a strength test i really want to see how close were coming to real life spiderman
I can tell you right now, it’s not strong at all 😭
could I use co2 if I have a different web format?
You should try bottle preform cartridges, they can hold more web fluid
That’s true, but I prefer the convenience of small cartridges over large ones.
Can i use Co2 cartridge but its 12G?
Do you have to use R134a? Or can you use compressed air or smthn else? Also, how far can it shoot? If you add more propellant could it shoot farther?
U can use butane
What was that red chord that you stuck in the canister?

I have a doubt : Liquid silicone as in silicone glue or mold making silicone?
Silicone glue! It actually helps make the webs stretchier and more cohesive!
@@anonymouss.2158 Alright!
Can you tell please, r134 comes to the reaction with chemicals or it works just as pushing force? Can I use compressed oxygen?

can you also use c02 with this formula?
@@Salito9-qz7yj To my knowledge no you cannot. The r-134a helps dissolve the web fluid, CO2 is not capable of doing the same as far as I know.
