- It took forever to get my hands on r-134a, but it was worth the wait!
Pretty much an elastic silly string at this point, but it’s a work in progress.

Rory Taylor yes, nothing its impossible
Next up, is trying to make gloves that emit enough static electricity to stick to any surface.
We would need it to be strong enough to hold at least 500 pounds so it's capable of swinging
What is the thing on the cap of the preform bottle does anyone know
And when this happens no one will upload any videos for it... Because there can be only one spiderman 😉
HOLY SHIT YOURE THE GREATEST SPIDER PERSON ON THE INTERNET! Not only did you find one of the best formulas, you let the whole world see it for free! Kudos man you truly are amazing
it is just silly string omd

This is just giving me so many ideas on how to build like 3 different prototypes of webshooters. That are compact enough to pass for upside down watches.
Huge improvements from previous versions! Amazing work! Can’t wait for what you create in the future.
I know I am late I just wanted to say this is one of the best things I have ever seen
we can not swing on buildings through that rope but we can close someone's mouth
That would help a lot in today's problems
Maybe with a better formula we can even swing!
@@paolafederigi6417 well it would need much much more strength and even then you would need a very strong upper body to hold on for that long so maybe we can use it for other stuff
@@paolafederigi6417 nah your arm would rip off but it would be cool for like a robot to swing around ig

as soon as i saw u shoot the webshooter i gasped in amazement... incredible job!
Amazing! I think now the only thing to do is to add one more ingredient to make these artificial web threads more resistant ... maybe with cement glue
Resistant? You mean increase the tensile strength?
@@aronorenda yes
Now I am absolutely no chemist. But I’m just curious, what if we added small fibers of some kind into the webs? How we’d achieve this I’ve no idea, but think about it, how do ropes work? They’re made up of small fibers interconnected and moved together to increase tensile strength. Studies were done on spiders where the arachnids were sprayed down with carbon nano tubes, and while most died, some somehow incorporated them into their webs increasing they’re strength dramatically. I’m sure this is more difficult than the concept is to describe, but it’s a start.
@@christianmccauley7340 wow your really intelligent dang
@@christianmccauley7340 WOW even tho i have no idea what ur talking about that theory could work !
Really glad that you said it was silly string instead of lying to us all like the other spider man crafters in RUclips
Just now realizing you changed the title because everyone was losing there shit because they thought it was real.
That’s really funny😂
This needs to get more views so someone out there might actually make this work.
Men He really did it
I've been here since I was 11, now I'm 16 and one day I'll see these webs working
This is so cool!! I keep wondering what component you could add to the mix so the web fluid gets more consistance. Maybe flour powder lol 😂 im terrible at chemistry but im really looking forward to the next video to see the progress!
You are underrated af, bro, like you made a REAL WEB SHOOTER
I swear to god, if my science teacher back in high school introduces this tech, I will definitely try 200% harder in class.
p.s. I have a Bachelor of Commerce, and I regret it T_T

Nicely done my guy!! You absolutely perfected that version! Super impressed!!

Its_Just_Nick thanks so much
@Its_Just_Nick wait are u talking abt the same formula in the vid
@Its_Just_Nick rly where can I get that plssss ur so kind man
@Its_Just_Nick ya bro thx for replying but like im talking abt whats inside them like the silly string bottles?
Damn dude! This is the best version of this on youtube
Imagine being actually web slinging in the future
So you made silly string. Wow what a scientific breakthrough
You guys should make a small group community chat or something to bounce ideas off of. I'm sure you guys already have one and if so I would definitely like to join. My web shooter was focused mostly on mechanical functionality but I want to learn more about this kinda stuff. This channel is really awesome btw and I want to make one myself but I lack the research experience to make these right now.
Shall we start a discord group?
He is going to be the first one to actually now how to swing webs

hey man just want to let you know. whenever you're up to carry the spidey responsibility, it's not toxic to the average human skin
Man this actually makes us one step closer to help this thing come true! Now work on improving the strength of the webs
Could you do a tutorial on how you make the preform cartridges have nozzles?
It's really cool to see that a dedicated bunch of people have made a fictional device come so far
Could graphene propogated throughout the mixture increase tensile strength? Maybe mixing a nylon reaction with this one? Overall the strength is the best I've seen on anything so far, but to hold weight it needs to be almost impossibly strong lol... Let me know what you think of those ideas!
unfortunately chemistry is unlike cooking graphene you have to bond with pmma in order to use it as a source, but graphene is inert so if you can't make a bond, if you add graphene to this formula, you will only get stupid rope with black particles so there is no improvement maybe graphene oxide can work
@@begreateryourself9087 that's a terrific point. However, I do believe dissolved nylon mixed with this formula would retain fireability and increase strength. Correct?
@@grahamgrecian1332 It can work again depends on the chemical structure, but I think it could bond with PMMA because there are reactive groups in nylon that can make hydrogen bonding. The main question is how will you solve the nylon The brain is talking about the ion video, but ultimately this formula is a foam, do not expect anything, it will be very weak again.
Don't let that spider die in u bro... Ur really close to build something incredible ❤️
Me: if only there a man genius enough to make real web fluid
Me: (watches this video.)
My mind being blown in 3... 2... 1....🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
Thanks
This is actually pretty good spider webs are actually liquid but hardens when exposed to air
Got any way to increase tensile strength? And try to add a motor powered spinneret to twine them together.
Edit: Is it toxic in any way
Edit: with this work in smaller nozzles or should I lower the viscosity
OMG this is one of the inventions people can pull out spiderman webs straight like ropes from a shot webshooter and it sticks away unlike anyone else made that I've seen before on other channels. Imagine in the future there will be a new recipe for webs that will be as strong as in the Spiderman movie. I hope you can develop it again into a strong net that can lift objects
I think Christmas came early... and will you be testing this with previous web shooters?
Brilliant bro this is the real web fluid i seen
Thank You So much your literally so good This will be so helpful in my chemistry class ❤😍
finnaly someone makes a big flowing web by youtuber i love
I’m still waiting for the evaporation web shooter fluid tutorial😢🙏🏻
No words for this perfection
in the polysorbate and isopropyl mixture could i add alaine and glycine to improve strength and elasticity? or would it mess with the structure it already makes? thanks x
Words cannot describe how cool these web fluids are
Is there a way to increase the tensile strength of silly string?
Add sodium
How have i never heard of this guy. How am i not subscribed
Hey so I have a question you know how Spider-Man shoots his gadgets and they stick to any surface like with the gadgets in the ps4 game how would you do that like I was thinking rodent glue but how would you be able to make it stick when you shoot it at a wall or clothes
Super glue? Idk. You're probably 10 and by the time you grow up there would be the technology for all of spideys powers. Which i plan on developing when i grow up
Miguel Nassif I’m 21 you idiot
You are the next real Spiderman .Awesome video man .
Science student: Wow👏😲. Commerce student: Is this chowmein🙄😂
Oh my God, this is amazing!! Finally
Don’t forget you can reuse your fluid too.
?, would u dissolve ur fluid back with a solvent isopropal? isnt there an irreversible chemical reaction/polymerization of methylacrylate through the nozel?
Human spider is back at it again😁. Your awsome man
How did you get the polymethyl methacrylate?
I wonder if you could just take plexiglass/ acrylic glass and just blend it to a fine corse powder? 🤔
@@MarleyLaskaris yea,thats what I think....
polymethayl acrylate is also just called acrylic powder with makeup brands, so if you buy some of that but clear it should be good
So this is the fireproof portion of the webs, Nice 👍🏻
where can i get this
Wow..!! Great, now everything we need is lots of strength in it, elasticity & and capacity to produce lots of long webs form a tiny shooter..

* 7 year old me after watching Spiderman
This is for sure my favorite channel on RUclips could you plz make a video in wich you shoot the fluid with the Homecoming web-shooter
Oscorp wants to know your location
Ayo what da
I think you are the only channel that actually tries to make the spider web
you could use
1.Boil 6 tbsp. of water in a small saucepan
2.Pour the white vinegar and glycerin into the mixture. Stir the mixture thoroughly to ensure the glue will be sticky and adhesive
3.Allow the solution to cool slightly, and then pour the glue into a jar. Seal the jar's lid tightly to prevent the glue from drying out
Now you make me wanna buy these materials to do this. I'm an all-time Spider-Man fan. 😉👍♥️
Dude your So skilled but underrated, just like Andrew Garfield's spiderman
Legendary but underrated
Ok so I have a dumb idea for web fluid. Ya take 2 nylon fibers, lay them parallel to each other, then you a take a second fiber, you wrap it around the 2 fibers in a vertical spiral, then tighten it. You end up with a nylon rope with small holes in between the fibers, and a hollow middle. You fill the middle with the same material used to make superglue, and fill in the holes. So it's basically nylon rope with the sticking strength of super glue, which can hold a literally ton.
Cyanoacrylate, to make the web stick to surfaces. Maybe nylon fiber as a base structure. Use the fiber to create a cylinder based structure with the space between the fiber itself filled with cyanoacrylate, as well as the middle of the fiber.
Thank you, this is all I need to go out tomorrow to fight crime, wish me luck guys!
Goodluck bro
This dude to other spiderman content creators, "You can't do this huh?!"
THE BEST ONE IN RUclips ⚡
with some slight chemical alterations, and experimental spider silk proteins you can possibly make it a REAL web shooter.
Although, it won't as strong enough to swing from, it can however be strong enough to attach and pull objects with ease. (ex: small boxes, soda cans, rocks & shoes)
Great video man keep it up can't wait to see how far u go n can't wait to support u
This is the coolest one yet
Whoever created this could actually be spiderman
Sorry for asking so late I loved your video but I would like to know what is the lid of your experimental cartridge 😁😁
he's back!
Does the R-134a add some kind of chemical to the mixture or is it just used for building up pressure and could be replaced by just pumping up the cartridge with air?
We need to find a fluid which when comes out in the atmosphere, it turns in an elastic or rubber kind of material
so, if u make them stronger u actually did it. ur the first of all. u fking did it !
can you make a tutorial on THIS specific web shooter? I'm so contented and satisfied right now you cant imagine.
oh wait nvm... I found it, thx anyway!.
What is the red cap of web fluid refill and how does it made
Hmmm looks promising
I think adding a solvent would make better room for the web fluid
But then again it depends on the chemicals being used to make the fluid itself
Hmmm
Might need to do a quick test run on my own formula
Mine will be
Anti-stick rod stirring.
Cellulose acetate.
Contact cement.
Testifying resin.
Xanthan gum or guar gum.
Jar with seal.
Acetone.
Perhaps with these i could make form of web fluid
Remember: web fluid and webs made from Peter parker himself aren't necessarily actual webs
They're made to mimic it
It's actually a mixture of certain chemicals and adhesives
And as I mentioned previously I think adding solvent would help reduce issues in the web cartridge
Y'all can take this for your own stuff
Remember to be yourself and be the best you can be
Web on!
It's so funny seeing Spider-Man irl cleaning his own webs
What kind of caps are those? I only find them with a smooth top and no valve.
Okay so we finally have the formula now what you need to try to work on is making the web steonger BUT at the same time making it flexible and try to but that in tyna ass cartigage (idk how to spell that)
This reminds me of the bottled stuff sold around Halloween
you have some serious potential my friend.
Oh my God!!!!!!!!!!!
You made Spider-Man become a bit close to reality.
Peter parked watched this VIDEO
But Just made his webs STRONGER
