    I've always been intimidated to draw horses, but watching this really made it seem far easier than I ever thought! I really love how you break everything down and make it very easy to to follow. Do you have any plans for a canine lesson? Wolves are more my specialty than other animals but I would love something like this to reference!

    I can't wait to buy this course! I would absolutely love to see a course about barnyard animals because I would love to make characters out of farm animals. Goats, cows, chickens, sheep, etc. And as of cows, the how to draw I've seen are always dairy cows so I'd appreciate if a comparison in drawing beef vs dairy looks like. Eventhough I do have cows they are black so doing a drawing study is very difficult. I love the way you explain, things finally makes so much sense right away!

    One exercise I like to do with these videos is pause the video when he starts drawing, before he has indicated any details, and find a photo of a similar pose, study it, and try to predict what lines he will draw to indicate the bone and muscle structure. I'm always surprised at how many details I miss even though I am looking directly at a reference photo.
    I do love how he always points out all the unique characteristics of all these animals, like the shape of the nostrils or the hollow areas above the eyes.

    Hello, Mr. Blaise! I love your artwork and your works have inspired me to create my first digital painting. Although, I do have a question, have you ever made artworks with a mouse? I myself made my first artwork with a mouse, and I seem to have trouble recreating stuff that would be easier with a tablet, much easier. So, if you ever did paint something using only a mouse, some useful tips would be very helpful! Thank you!
    Great Horsey, btw :P

      Yeah, I guess that is quite true. He worked for Disney, I'm quite sure Disney wouldn't let him use a mouse for paintings, they want the best, of course!

    • @canvastic
      @canvastic 8 лет назад

      Yeah, I specialize in vector drawing, but digital painting's are what I really want to do, so I think it'd be better if I save up money to buy an actual tablet.

    Do you have any classes for how to pick pleasing colors and make them shade well when you paint with acrylics? Or at least any tips? I use GIMP and I can find it super difficult to use sometimes, I can't seem to get the sketches to turn into line art. I mostly like to sketch though. I just need help with my color picking, and finding good shades to highlight with and to shade. Thanks!

    • @muuluzi
      @muuluzi 7 лет назад

      Koaliya TheKoala hello! I know this is a pretty old comment but hi. so to find some pleasing colors I'd look at colors that compliment each other. or some colors that just go good together. or you can just look up color pallettes and be inspired by some you may see. and you use Gimp...... you should use Medibang Paint pro (computer and mobile) or Firealpaca (computer) they are both free and great! I personally like Medibang better. and highlights and shading. hmm. well for starters don't shade with black.unless you wanna be lazy. im not a professional at shading and lighting so I'll just recommend looking for a library book on shading and lighting. look for videos to help you and I know you'll improve.

    Wow Aaron this is so amazing! I was just wondering about the rest of the video, is there any chance you can do an entire video that we all have access to via RUclips? You could split the 10 hour long one split into a little series thing. I've seen you do it with bears (they are amazing!!) so I was wandering if you could maybe do it with horses? I adore them and I hope to be as good as you but I can't afford the rest..... Just a odd suggestion and I know it's probably not going to happen but you know, just wandering.. 😊
