For holstering a pistol in the dark, I will sort of drop the light bezel in at a 45 degree angle then roll my wrist forward to slide the pistol into the holster. It's much easier to find the holster and orient myself that way.
@heyhayhay247 I'll have to try that. What I found that worked for me was move the pistol behind the holster and drag the front sight along it until the top opens and it slides forwards and in. That seems to be fairly reliable for me. I'll have to play around with your way as well. -Ryan
