    1st and 2nd is a tie between flounder and triple tail, 3rd and 4th is sheep and black drum, 5th trout, 6th redfish, but only on the half shell.

    My favorite tasting fish is Ling Cod. My mom said King Salmon. I prefer Silver Salmon if we’re eating salmon.

    Nate u wasn't lieing the sheep's head up here are huge2 of my friends and me whent out to our spot i was amazed at the first sheep's head my friend cought a 10 pounder i was shocked and at the alantic shore a man cought a 14 pounder when he threw over his back and started waking it dam near covered his hole back i said daaaam what a mamonth sheep's head

    Sheepshead is my favorite fish to eat except for bluefin tuna I love sheep and it is the unsung hero. Oftentimes I will put it in some cheese cloth or pantyhose and I will boil it like you boil shrimp and then chop it up and make Poor Man's lobster rolls it's back freaking tacular they eat predominantly Crustaceans so their meat tends to be very similar

    Dude how tall are you? It almost looks like you have those hobie peddles pushed all the way forward. I'm thinking about getting one of those yaks but I'm 6'7" fat boy so that may well stop me from getting a hobie instead of something with a trolling motor. Also is that the 14 or 12 PA?

    Favorite caught fish to eat is flounder. Season and limits keep getting smaller here in NC, but it is tons of fun to gig them out on the outer banks. If I buy fish, it's hard to beat some salmon off of the smoker.

    Sheepshead for sure. But here in Texas our limit is 5 per and 15”. My wife loves to fish more than me even but hates fishy taste but was hooked on the Sheep. Good video bro❤️

    I hate to disagree, but flounder tastes some much better than sheepshead. But catching some legal Mangroves inshore beats both.

    Tastiest fish for freshwater would be a tie between walleye and yellow perch (same family) and for saltwater it is mahi (for tacos) and flounder (fried, baked with some crab meat, etc.)

    I’ve been following your channel lately and enjoy the content. I’m surprised though that you mention you do charters, but you don’t ever seem to know the legal size or count limits for where you are fishing.

      Because I never keep or encourage limits. If a client insist than I pull out the ole google and see where we’re at. I fish in 4 different states on the regular and regulations are often changing.
