My suggestion to send emails to the Tempus and to the university coordinator , try to find the correct email , and try to reply to the invitation email to the interview, that will be the best I think

As I know and I am not sure 100% , it is in the medical form, so it should be taken , maybe regarding the travel covid test can work , go to the scholarship website and read the condition about the vaccines , or ask your coordinator , Reading the shots it depends on the country you are in , Look for the Hungarian vaccination agreement with the other countries.

The steps always, sending partner, then university then scholarship, finally the visa from the embassy. Maybe when you applied you have checked the option that (self-funded student) that is probably why you got reached from the University. I would recommend to send emails to both universities and ask about your situation, and send the sending partner as well an email, maybe the sending partner select you but you got the wrong email, that is also possible, check that 👍👍 All the best

You should apply through your ministry as well as through tempus foundation. The ministry are also your sending partner. As for entrance exams it depends on program. some programs require only interview and some require exams. You can check procedure of exams through the respective university.

The scholarship (Tempus only foucs in the first one ) I would say high chance inshallah, my advice take the exam and they will ask you , why you chose us as second choice, try to describe your reasons, and you are really interested in the university, and it could your future university for PHD for example... The scholarship focus in the first choice, so you have a big change do not worry, you can also email the second university and told them you want to do the interview in case something happened and you want to be self paid student " just an excuse" so in that way they will do it, " show them that you are interested" No worries about the Temps (scholarship) they only see if you accepted in the first choice and they don't care about the other ons. It depends how you did in the interview, there will be marks , and they will take top 10 or 15 persons according to the capacity of each program.

- that I am already in the university so they won’t choose me
They waited till June to tell me “No”

Yes , after you finish your master, you can apply for visa looking for job , and you can also looking for job during your study , before graduation you can also apply for Ph.D in Hungary of Germany or wherever you want in Europa 👍👍👍

I don't have language proficiency certificate and also couldn't get letter of proficiency and I'm done with my application hope there's not any problem..Thank you...
You should achieve the requirements of the program to get accepted in the scholarship, so if they asked about certificate you should upload it as soon as you can, send email to the coordinator to check if it's essential or not, All the best

The scholarship (Tempus only foucs in the first one ) I would say high chance inshallah, my advice take the exam
and they will ask you , why you chose us as second choice, try to describe your reasons, and you are really interested in the university, and it could your future university for PHD for example...

I got acceptance from my first choice university. My second choice refused to give me the exams because I chose it as a second choice.
What is my probable chance of getting the scholarship now?
The scholarship focus in the first choice, so you have a big change do not worry, you can also email the second university and told them you want to do the interview in case something happened and you want to be self paid student " just an excuse" so in that way they will do it, " show them that you are interested"
No worries about the Temps (scholarship) they only see if you accepted in the first choice and they don't care about the other ons.
