You're fantastic. I've seen 3 videos of yours and I'm hooked. You're so creative and use tools anyone can get their hands on. Thank you for sharing your talents!
you literally treat your face like a canvas and you, the artist. you're honestly mesmorising to watch your talent is unbelievable you have such a passion for art and it shows through all your makeup looks. thank you for being the only makeup ARTIST here on youtube, please never stop what you do, I'll never stop watching.
I love how much time you dedicate to adding these little details to pull the whole look together. It's evident how much you love this and how creative you are!
this is deffinitely one of my favourite looks that you have done. It's not a stereotypical alien design you can tell you really thought about shapes and designs for this. Amazing, well done x
With darker skin tones I would inverse this look slightly. The attachments should be paler than your skin tone (try silver or gold). You want serious contrast for this look, and instead of the contouring step I did take a highlighter that has a blueish undertone (not green or you'll look ill) and use that to highlight (blend like crazy). Everything else is pretty much exactly the same :)
They were surprisingly comfortable, they feel odd since the edges touch the sides of your eyes if you look around. You get serious tunnel vision and your eyes do have to adjust to it. The trickiest part is putting them in but @sokolum79 has a fantastic tutorial on how to do it :)
I watch a lot of beauty/halloween makeup videos, and I have to say that I am incredibly impressed with this look. It is by far the most unique and well done look I have seen in a long time. You do an amazing job!
You may not be that level but it wouldn't take you long at all, if you really wanted to I bet it would take a month for you to get to that level it you put the work into it. You're already there artistically, you probably just need to work with the molds and stuff.
You deserve so many more subscribers! You're videos are good quality and you give great directions and make everything simpler ! Lets not even get started with how great you are at doing makeup, you're an amazing artist and I REALLY wish you got more credit and recognition
You have really outdone yourself! Can't like this enough. And I love how you're taking advantage of short hair and playing with creative and different ideas of beauty
You can cover your eyebrows really well if you use any kind of washable stick craft glue. Just use a palette knife or something to smooth it over the brow and then conceal over it once it has dried. It comes off with soap and water and won't pull out your eyebrow hairs.
For anyone who wants to do this look: be aware how long you keep the lenses in, they're pretty hard on the eyes over long periods of time so only keep them in for about 4 hours. Also, note that they do give you tunnel vision, so don't plan on driving or traveling from place to place when you wear them. :) Awesome look!
These are larger lenses, bordering sclera lenses, and as you can see they have a rather small hole to see through. Larger lenses like this can often feel uncomfortable if you're not used to them as they are like a larger cup shape to fit over the whole eye, ordinary lenses are made to fit over the bulge of the cornea over your irises and pupils, fitting perfectly over it and feeling comfortable, while sclera lenses often don't.
So eerie, yet so beautiful. I don't know how you manage this but every time you entrance me with the beauty of your looks. I'm just so stunned, its amazing and so are you.
this is how i love you and your art. youre so freaking awesome and creative. and your voice. oh your voice and your accent always gives me goosebumps. you sounds like a narrator. and the most awesome is when you use different kind of music. thats what makes it more inspirational. this video sounded like you are in a movie. keep it up. love you.
Full sclera contact lenses from my and many of my friends opinions (we cosplay quite a bit.) are the least comfortable contact lenses, however they are doable and after you wear them a few times you get used to it. You can see because your pupil goes through a small hole in the lens. These however are different to black out lenses which cover the entire eye including the pupil. I would not recommend black out lenses to anyone. Sorry if you wanted Klaire's input, I hope I could have been of help.
UGH you are soooooo amazing! I love your work!!! I swear, you should really look into doing the Illamasqua Distinction Awards next year. This looked so ethereal and beautiful. x
Thank you for answering my questions! I checked out the tutorial that you recommended, and may I say that I give my hats of to you and all the others who wore these lenses. I've only wore 14.5mm lenses and I don't think I can wear 22mm lenses.
This is so gorgeous... Your videos just get better and better ! Just when I thought you couldn't top your "Deadly Sins" serie, you come up with this delicate, iridescent, faery-like look, bold but so fragile at the same time. I absolutely love it ! And it's so versatile, you can totally customize the prosthetics, invent your own design... Really amazing Klaire, keep it up ! :D
I would really like to know where do you get such amazing, creative and original inspiration? I LOVE your videos, your voice and the music you put in them!!
I find myself wanting to see more of the characters you make, such as this and the looks for the Seven Deadly Sins like in a movie or something. I don't know you seem to make them look like more than just a make-up look. Really wonderful job! :)
I hate, hate HATE the glue stick method so much. Always leaves my eyebrows in a mess after no matter what I use to remove them, and it always takes a bunch of hairs with it too.
Could you maybe do a video on how to apply those sort of contacts? I hear the bigger ones like the ones you are wearing are difficult to apply. Tips, tricks, etc?
You should so be doing concepts for movies
Stunning! I know this is a tiny detail of the design but I really love how you treated the nose. It's so delicate and lovely.
You're fantastic. I've seen 3 videos of yours and I'm hooked. You're so creative and use tools anyone can get their hands on. Thank you for sharing your talents!

Breathtaking!

she should come to Canada a be a Halloween makeup artist and she would get serious money
I watch a lot of beauty/halloween makeup videos, and I have to say that I am incredibly impressed with this look. It is by far the most unique and well done look I have seen in a long time. You do an amazing job!
Gosh you REALLY inspire me to want to create my own looks and videos but I'm far too camera shy and self conscious.
Maybe one day ;)

I'd get slaughtered! I'm nowhere near that level!
I was just thinking the same thing. Lol
+KlairedeLysdotcom OMG the best. have you ever tried doing the NYX face challenge? you would win for sure.

The music is everything with this look
Sitting with my mouth open! Gorgeous look ! And I should say you really look amazing with short hair! :)
Those lenses are incredible, just imediately make you look extra terrestrial!

When you have the black scelera contacts in, you look a little like Meg from Supernatural! Absolutely beautiful design! Love your work!
This is the best look you've done so far, it's SO intricate!
most beautiful makeup iv ever seen, it could be on a movie right now
I love this! Love how you're honest about products being sent to you and you being paid, alot of other youtubers dont disclose that :)
One of your neatest looks yet. I love it!
These are larger lenses, bordering sclera lenses, and as you can see they have a rather small hole to see through. it's really amazing how you can make and alien look so beautiful!

Thank you for answering my questions! I checked out the tutorial that you recommended, and may I say that I give my hats of to you and all the others who wore these lenses. I've only wore 14.5mm lenses and I don't think I can wear 22mm lenses.
Seriously good quality and worth every penny! :)
all the little details, its so beautiful
you are so talented, this look is breath taking.
On a darker skin tone I'd suggest silver, the contrast would work much better and swap Lumi for a copper/gold colour :)
