Omg yes!! It's so nasty, think of all the pollution and dirt that get stuck to your clothes during the day. A friend of mine curled up in my bed with her clothes on, I was so shocked. She couldn't understand why I was horrified, and I don't understand how anyone could be fine with that. Just wow.

as a teenager i stepped, barefoot, on a wolf spider. fast forward to being stationed in hawaii, living in extremely substandard housing that was condemned shortly after we transferred. 10" centipedes, scorpions, palmetto bugs, fire ants... inside the house. i have never gone barefoot, anywhere, since. ever. well, on the beach but other than that it's shoes 100% of the time.

my family still wears shoes inside but it's indoor shoes not outdoor shoes. So we take off the shoes we were wearing outside and switch to indoor shoes!

@@CoryPchajek A lot of latin American eat rice as well. What I meant is asians eat rice in almost all their dishes. While other cultures eat various other carbohydrates options.
My parents actually prefer guests to wear their shoes. We do not have extra slippers for them anyways. They do not care that much about it. The guests can take off their shoes and only have socks on if they want. My parents say that we can just mop the floor if is dirty.
