Yeah, he was one of the top backs for several years in a row when he was with Miami before he took the time off. Once he hit his stride in the NFL, he was everything they said he would be. I remember wanting the Browns to draft Williams #1 instead of Tim Couch, because it made more sense to me to get a work horse RB on an expansion team than a QB.
      but what do I know?
The Browns didn't have a 1000 yard rusher for their first 8 years back if my memory serves.

One of his biggest feats, was when he was suspended, he came to the CFL, 3 down league, not alot of running for the backs really, he came to Toronto, and TORE it up, and the entire CFL feel inlove with him, even though the narrative that was out about him due to his suspension with the NFL. What did he expect weighing 242.8 showing up with no limit just saying and I messed with Ricky was a beast

Dude was barely an adult. He didn't know what to expect - as is the problem with a lot of these instant-millionaire young athletes.

Have you seen pictures of this dude at Texas? He looked he'd been designed in a lab to force-feed humble pie to linebackers. That 242.8 was 243 pounds of muscle.

34 wine and spirits (his t shirt) is his store next to my house in Austin tx on SW parkway. It’s got Henry James quotes and different philosophers quotes. Cool store .. only problem is it’s located along a strip of road that is totally abandoned and no one would ever thing to shop there let alone drive by it unless u live in the one tiny neighborhood close by. It’s always dead as empty.. ohhh Ricky, I love u , but some of these mistakes are a avoidable haha
