I too have this problem, severe acnes and bums full of my face. I am really tired of working with these acnes. After several searching of my solution I finally changed my all plans working externally will not only help we have to chnge it by internally too. The major game changer of my skin from this was changing my food intakes . I too cutted the food that contain sugar dairy and gluten. That really helped me. Also double cleansing and azelaic acid was a saviour. Mostly controlling our diet was game changer to everyone. Hope this will help.

I have nearly eliminated all skincare other than ceramide moisturizer and sunscreen. I use a spot corrector once in a while when I get pimples due to periods etc. Overall my skin is a lot better ..

Azelaic acid is magic! I strongly recommend it. It cleared my very severe acne in 1-2 months and my acne was not few pimples here and there like she had. I had neck, chin and cheeks full of big and painful cystic pimpels. Diet etc. did not help me but azelaic acid did.

Hey there's nothing to worry about these acne.. these are hormonal acne breakouts which is very common during pregnancy phase.. this will automatically get healed during third trimester or after delivery. You must not use too many products to heal this issue. Let it heal on its own.
What about someone who is 19 ? I just turned 19 and these acne are getting worse from past 2 months like all of my face is covered in marks which takes months to go and everyday even after taking so much care of my skin inside out i still get those painful big cysts almost everyday and my skin can’t catch a break so what about someone who’s not going through pregnancy should i not worry about them? Hey, I've been using minimalist niacinamide serum+ Cetaphil moisturizer for the past 2 months in the night routine. Never got any breakouts or anything. Then I started using minimalist sunscreen on a regular basis, although I've used it before but only when I went outside. Recently I started getting pimples and all so i stopped using the Cetaphil moisturizer as it was a lil heavy and i thought it might be clogging my pores resulting to acne. Now I'm using plum matte moisturizer+ plum vitamin c serum+ minimalist sunscreen at day time, and for night minimalist niacinamide serum+ Cetaphil moisturizer. But for the past few days I've started to get tiny bumps all over my cheeks and chin, it's not a lot but it's visible. I'm not able to understand what's reacting to my face and how to get rid of this.

dont blindly follow what i say but i used suthol on my face as in on my acne and pimples and it did cleared it first you moisturise with a mild moisturiser i used cetaphil dam and then with the help of a cotton pad i dabbed suthol on my acne and it did helped me a lot… hope this helps
Everything I’ve used is preg/BF safe since I have been pregnant for the last nearly eight months. Diet Dairy and sugar were my triggers for hormonal acne. Lowering their intake to once or twice a week rather than completely cutting them off my diet helped. Apart from that, I noticed my breakouts were directly proportional to my water in take so drinking a lot of water was non negotiable for me. Other tips that helped I also made sure I used non comedogenic skincare at all times, unless I couldn’t in the case of product reviews. I also used salicylic acid masks 1-2 times a week on areas that I had active acne on. Brands I liked are The Derma Co and The Ordinary masks worked well for me. Off the counter skincare can help with managing hormonal acne, but it’s important to consult a dermatologist to cure hormonal acne as may need prescription based medication. Disclaimer - I am not a dermatologist and this is my journey based on my experience and research. Please patch test and do your own research before use.
