Outfits will change your moves, but I'm pretty sure they WON'T change your name on the roster CSS. If characters like 17, Frieza, and Broly have a (Super) in their name, then it's likely there'll be a (Z) version as separate characters. We already have Goku (Z-Early), (Z-Mid), (Z-End), and (Super).
Yeah. Although it's possible that they won't be in at launch and they just named them that way so they can add them as DLC later on, like if they make a movies DLC to add Broly.

I really hope red potaras are a thing again. Making a busted over powered red potara password character was really fun. It’s especially fun when you fight against them are the hardest difficulty.

But a character that would absolutely fit for this is Piccolo, he has nothing next to his name so it would make sense for him to just change techniques due to costumes, and the health and ki between his two z versions isnt super different.

DBS 17 doesn't just fight differently, he acts differently. I don't think skins are gonna change dialogue, intros, outros, any animation outside of blast moves
I hope we can give them different super saiyan form wigs for all characters so we can have rose forms or ss2 ss3 and Ssblue and god hair or any character and broly hair or auras and the wigs u should be able to change colors so we can have super saiyan 1 or 3 kid go Gohan or beast hair for any character and aura or Raditz in super Saiyan but with that you should be able to change their hair color and aura for anybody and also do the super saiyan wigs for customization or angel wings and halos stuff like that and different outfits for anybody maybe that’s asking too much tho
Super unrealistic but with skins I really want crossover skins one day so like next year on One Piece day I want a Luffy skin for Krillin for Japanese fans and Zoro skin for Piccolo or Vegeta for dub fans and then same thing in PW4 for Goku day or whatever it is have a Krillin skin for Luffy and a Piccolo skin for Ace.

I realized something about the customization. This pretty much nullifies the need to have 3 different Gokus and 3 different Vegeta's in the game. They should just have 1 of each.
They have different stats, different animations and access to different transformations. They are completely different characters - that happen to have the same general shape
