Looks tasty! You're always great, but I really miss the twin energy. Is Dave ever coming back to the channel? I hate to cook, but y'all make it fun. Even I have had success with your recipes and have brought you many new fans. Happy, healthy 2023 to all Happy Pears!
This is my favorite dish from your amazing channel! Thank you so much 🙏🙏😊😊 I added more of all spices, chili and a bit of hot paprika too. Served with whole rice
Sounds awesome and delicious @thehappypear... 😏😏😏😏😏 Definitely will to try it out using chestnut mushrooms (or portobello mushrooms).... 😃😃😃😃😃😃 Much appreciated Have a safe healthy terrific Tuesday evening; enjoy the rest of your 2022...bon appetit - Ben from Southwest Florida US
Looks delicious. I've made your older korma recipe on the channel loads. It's possibly a bit healthier but this looks quicker if you're stuck for time. I'll have to try it and see which one is best 😊 thanks as always for the recipes 👍
Hi Guys, Huge fan from India! Ques: You guys use so many canned products in most of your recipes. Sometimes it's difficult to comprehend how to substitute these canned ingredients(less accessible ) with the corresponding raw ingredients (readily available in every part of India). Eg: In this recipe if I use raw beans and chickpeas, do I soak, boil it or soak & boil it and for how long?
Guys, Please use a dry spoon for your spices and curry powder. Kinda freaked out when you put the spoon with coconut cream directly into the spice jar 😳
okk... sounds good... i would never do a korma in 5 minutes... but again... if I don't have time, I guess this recipe nails it... i would strain the gravy though... never put a whole blended gravy in the pan to make korma... always strain it... korma is a silky smooth gravy... one bite of ginger or tomato seed will ruin the taste... trust me on that...
I would never... criticize free content... without any content... myself... Why don't you throw up your recipe on your channel and see how many people agree. Learn how an ellipses is used. Trust me on that.
@@duhbat104 Dude, food is literally one of the few things where elitism is well deserved, especially when we're talking about dishes from foreign cultures. Otherwise you risk, in a quite literal sense, ''culturally appropriating'' foreign cuisines. I mean enjoy your ''American'' Chinese food i guess. Low standards. Don't push them onto everyone else. You're not cool.
I made this and it was great. Yes, it took me more than 5 minutes, but I so appreciate the idea and inspiration.

You hate cooking?
Don't worry, it's not serious.
Nothing a little therapy wouldn't fix 😁
He's only been gone a month... I wouldn't consider that to mean he's gone from the channel. Of course he will be back.
Just the recipe i wanted. Cooking it in the next half hour. THANKS HAPPY PEAR👍👍
Definitely doing this one this week, Gents. Happy New Year!

I don't like cooking and I don't like eating but I think I may attempt this one. Could I add carrots or spinach to it?
I am going to make this.
Yummy ! Happy New Year to you both x
Shiitake and oyster mushrooms are the best!!
That's a lovely tasty looking (and fast) recipe, is there any way to make it without the coconut oil though? 😄👍🌱
I love you guys, but it takes me like 5 mins just to chop the mushrooms.
What can I replace for the cashews? I am allergic.
Quick easy recipe to the runs on the toilet! Lol Coconut milk has to be cooked cooked cooked but loookkkksssss so good!!!
Maybe there's a definition of korma that I'm not familiar with but the ones that I've had had different veggies in it, no legumes
Do y’all keep the skin on the ginger??
I do. Most ginger is organic, and the skin is soft enough to do so.
Guys,
Please use a dry spoon for your spices and curry powder. Kinda freaked out when you put the spoon with coconut cream directly into the spice jar 😳
I'm glad I'm not the only one that caught that 😬
Any sub for the cashews as I can't have those?
Are you using a Fairphone? 😊

I love you but miss twins. It’s unique among cooking shows.
Never heard of korma. Just curry. HEHE
Took out Mushrooms and did it with Aubergine. Turned out pretty sexual!!!
