- Hey everyone. we have an indoor video as we wait for spring and warmer biking weather. i see a lot of questions on getting more power out of the Rad Rover and i agree that the bike is awesome but power was the one thing that needed attention. we source a solution through Electro bike world to increase the amperage to the motor and to unlock the speed limiter. in this video i show you the settings i find worked the best and yes it makes a huuuge difference.

Nice job. Did the old junk have a set up screen? When you changed the electronics did it get rid of the feature where it drops out batteries not made by rad or for rad. I don’t.

I got this controller from affordable ebikes canada as it was cheaper once you factor in shipping and import fees. I got it for my radwagon cargo 2019 (Direct Drive Motor) and trying to get the Speedometer and battery indicator to function and so far no go. P1 settings I have set to 46 for my direct drive motor, if I get a upgraded geared motor and wheel this would go upto 100.
If you have any suggestions I would be interested in knowing.
I feel like rad made the rad rover 6 to be exactly what you said, "a battle tank of a bike" - to me, the rr6 is a very well built platform for customisation of e-bikes!
If you get clever with your imagination on luggage racks, you can tuck some UPP triangle batteries behind your butt!
(What's more, I'm fairly certain Manitoba has no rulings on ebikes ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )

c5 is 02 and c10 is yes. Got it*
c10 is a No sorry or a yes if I want to reset wich I do not want at the moment. It takes me long to figure it out... it is because i did not purchase it yet but I will do.

My bike won’t show mph with these settings
So someone with a normal bike can go at 40-50 kph and a e-bike can't go pass 32 kph, complete nonsense.

Too bad this bike stopped working at 200 miles. Can’t get Rad to ship the controller and wiring harness they claim will fix error 21. No one buy a Rad. Their customer service is non existent and they are selling products they know may not work
