I never thought he was actually gone. I mean, he has all those clones of himself.

@3:0 the Gideon that did alt the end of Season 3 was a clone. The mustache was a giveaway.

I've always had a problem with shows or films where they just keep bringing back the same villian again and again. That includes Palpatine, and the Empire. I found it annoying when Moth Gideon was alive again in season 3 of The Mandalorian. But you could be right. Shows that do this tend to do it over and over. At least Gideon was always trying to do the clone thing, which does allow for that option, story-wise.

I want Gideon gone at this point, and move forward to other members of the Shadow Council.
All I want to see from this Star Wars pre-sequel era is an explanation of how the First Order truly came to be, and how Snoke was put in as the figurehead. I want to know what happened to the the other characters both in the comics and the shows; such as when Palpatine unleashed the contingency plan, Sloane and others were heading to the Unknown Regions to meet with Palpatine’s ship.
Was Snoke on this ship? Did he kill everyone at that point and Hux is just representing the First Order in the Shadow Council?
That was the original point of the mandalorian (to lead to how the new republic fell and the rise of the first order), so after Thrawn is taken down, I want to see the truth of “how Palpatine returned” - make it make sense as to why Snoke seems to have his own consciousness separate from Palpatine!

I'm more than certain it was the plan the whole time to bring Gideon back. They intentionally showed us the clones, and then they let hum destroy the dark saber. That saber is renowned in the Star Wars universe, and it's gonna come back. The hilt was destroyed, but we dont know what happened to the dark crystal that powered it. I'd say that Gideon will return with the crystal, the madalorian, grogu, and Bo will end up with the crystal, and the armorer will remake it. But we will see.

I should've took Luke Skywalker's warning in TLJ seriously when he said "No one's ever really gone."

I don't think it's gonna happen again. If they were still doing a season 4, maybe. I don't think they're bringing him back and killing him again all in the movie.
These are the guys that make good decisions, not Kathleen Kennedy.
Moff Gustavo Fring just fueled up the speculation when someone asked if he was coming back by saying, "Nobody's told me anything, but I didn't see a body, did you?"
The first half of that response is what matters. Dude wants them to call him. They aren't. Same as Temuera Morrison was doing. Trying to gain leverage by gaslighting fans publicly. It didn't work.

I'm still pissed off they killed Rukh in Rebels. That was one of the characters i wanted most to see in live action.
His death was pretty awesome. Zeb's best fight scene imo. They both should've died several times but kept coming.

Just go back to the clone wars and follow some different characters. Quinlan Vos and A’Sharad Hett, who’s character arcs cross paths with Anakin and Obi Wan.
Talk about Star Wars fatigue? Mando gave us that because season 3 was below mediocre. I’m not lining up for any more of that crap sorry.
