I can't believe he is almost 50. He has such a mischievous sweet energy about him that makes him seem so young.
He definitely doesn't look almost 50.
Having no kids is great for anti-aging
WHAAAAT?! HE IS 49?"! I thought he is 30 something. JESUS!
@@biruteramanauskiene8731 why do you assume he’s had plastic surgery all because he has money
He looks so young! I wouldn't even believe that he's 40. Even 30 looks like pushing it! He looks like a 20 something man who just started his career.
What a pleasant, calm, smart, down-to-earth, and talented man. His demeanor and personality are a delight. I look forward to his future projects.
Maybe because he just woke up:))
I love how Jim parsons is still super awkward every time he greets someone. Dude has been famous since the 2000s but he's still like should we shake hands or should we hug lmao
So he’s Sheldon
11
@@lartisteautravail Or perhaps either Jim or Seth, regardless of either one's assumed insecurities about their sexual orientation, is just more comfortable with shaking hands than hugging. Who knows?
@@lartisteautravail I understood and that's fine. I am just pointing out that it could be something else entirely too.
@@lartisteautravail Some people are just awkward you know… Jim is other things than just homosexual. I get what you mean but it’s can get a bit annoying that every bit of his personality is often justified by « that might be because he’s gay ».
For those who think that people who are not straight have no right to love who they love and be able to marry, I say this: I know many couples who wish they had the compassionate and respectful and committed relationship that Jim and his husband have. Bless them both.
I am a 69 year old woman who married 2 very different straight men. Divorced both. They were very uncomfortable experiences. Who says gay marriages are wrong as long as there is love??
There is no such thing as sustainable romantic love in a gay relationship…speaking from experience.
@@davisj7973 Of course your failed relationship is indicative of all gay relationships🙄
I’m happily married for 8 years to my husband and we have been together for 10 in total. Long sustained, monogamous love in a gay relationship is definitely possible, speaking from experience. ☺️
@@davisj7973 My gay relationship is at 18 years and counting.
I love how he and his husband brought this story to the world.
i love this guy so much,..even when he's not Sheldon, there is such an unspoken grace about him.
Right, grace! I couldn't find the word to describe his demeanor, and that's it! Thank you.
RIGHTT!!!!!
I just love Him Parsons. I can't help it. He's seems like a very sweet person. I don't see him in enough films.
What a beautiful soul. It's painful that there isn't full acceptance in our society yet. It harms so many. All the best to Mr Parsons, his family, and his friends. I see you.
There is so much more acceptance with each generation. These things take time, but it’s going in the right direction.
@@plan4lifeit was for a while and now it's reverting again. There's so many young, impressionable people who have learned to hate from people online, rarely from people they know.
I know a few people that are anti trans and don't like gay people being expressive and their parents are completely supportive.
I hate to say this as a general term but in my cases it derives from "alpha male" RUclips and TikTok video, basically giving people the thought process of someone from the 1940s
I love Jim Parsons! How talented can one person be?!
Baziiingaa
More talented than that.
As talented as Prince. That's the limit. Nothing past that.
Well you can comfort yourself in the knowledge that he sucks at accents. And before you get on your high horse defending that bullshit he attempted...I'm from Dublin, born and raised, so trust me when I say that was a piss poor attempt.
@@eoincassin4265 you are ripe for jackal membership here! 😁I just met my birthfamily and learned that I am mostly Irish, ancestors from Cork and then County Mayo. Someday I pray I will visit and kiss The Blarney Stone ☘️ 🍀
My son and his husband met on a blind date too 12 years ago and are complete opposites too ❤

There are just a couple of weeks left to see Jim in “A Man of No Importance,” and I can’t recommend it highly enough. A small-scale, gorgeously acted and directed musical Off-Broadway. It was my best night in the theatre in my recent New York trip.
It's SUCH a good show, I was absolutely mesmerized by his performance.
@@broadwaybaby243 Not to mention the great Mare Winningham.
I have been rewatching Big Bang Theory for the third time. Jim is such an incredible talent, and I swear doesn’t look a day over 35
Parsons is a genuinely great person and naturally entertaining.
What a gem of a human being 😊
He is such a delight to watch. I didn't even noticed the whole 9mins ++ went by. 🥰🥰
Jim Parsons one handsome young man.
And talented.
49! Looks so young, it’s crazy.
there is something so unique in his voice
"Bazinga, m'lad... a hearty bazinga to ye'."
They have such an awkward dynamic I love it
I didn't know they've been together for 20 years! That's amazing!
49?! Damn Jim! You’re making the rest of us look bad!
Nah because he looks like he could be in his mid thirties 😅 like how does he looks so much younger
I really didn't care for TBBT, but Jim seems like such a nice person and way more talented / underrated than people give him credit for.
Right? He anchored a huge sitcom and still seems like the same humble kid who landed the gig
Same!
I don't believe I've watched Big Bang Theory in full. Caught a glimpse of it here or there. I don't really watch TV at all, but Jim Parsons seems like a very nice guy.
I appreciate how hard it is to be who you are. It must be extra stressful when you have eyes on you every time you say or do anything.
If he's happy, I'm happy for him.
I absolutely love Jim Parsons!! Gave up a lot of his salary for his costars and never had any major arguments with anyone during the 13 seasons of BBT. 👏
I still ‘hear’ Sheldon and I love it!
The 1:16 “how did you know that?? Oh I told you” 😂
He is so Sheldon 😂💛
I love Jim Parsons. He's such a good actor. Can't wait to see this.
What a wonderful actor.
Love him!! Such an incredible actor❤️
One thing that really impresses me about Seth is that he is the only late night host who doesn’t use notes for interviews.
I love Jim Parsons. ❤️
Jim - I will be sending this interview to my boss, who still fails to see the need for simple acknowledgment. I loved your digression as much as I loved Jenny’s segment. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving together with your family!
And you have a wonderful Thanksgiving and I wish you heartfelt improvement with your boss!! So many ignorant, clueless, awful people still out there, even today. Horrible. Hope you find a welcoming boss in a new job!!

@@gafls3151 My adult son is straight but his 2 college & work besties are gay (one with an AH dipshit rude boss) & a lifelong bestie discovered they're NB in college then finally true self 2 yrs ago as transmasc, legally changed name, & having hysterectomy in 2 weeks woohoo then top surgery in spring!! I actually "realized" (=accepted) at 50 I'm bi 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 Hope you're happy 😊
I love Jim Parsons. He's such a great actor and a wonderful person!
You are super naive person.
You can easily fooled
I also love how he doesn't make his sexuality his entire personality.
He's not outlandish, he isn't loud about it, and I respect that as someone who is queer.
The way he carries himself is very pleasant and mature.
@sponge260 True, I love that about him.
No way he's 49, no way at all! He's immaculate 🤩
plastic surgery
Dude has excellent genes he seriously could pass for 35!
I see no surgery. His face still looks the same except his hair has been thining out. He just wearing studio makeup like Seth.
Love Jim parsons ❤️❤️❤️
Jim .. i know Dublin would welcome you with open arms but the accent was hilarious 🤣👏✨💚☘️
I laughed out loud when he did that, I'm sure after just a few weeks in Dublin he'll get it right, Irish accents are contagious.
To his credit, he did say he was giving us his best Dublin accent he could eh 😅 🤭
He is a beautiful soul♥️
Its so nice that he is interviewed about his husband as if he has a wife. By that, I mean its so insignificant that he is married to a man and compared to 30 yrs ago, it isnt the feature of the interview that he is gay. Its more interesting that they met on a blind date rather than that they are both men. I hope 100 years from now, people wont even feel the need to "come out" and that it will just uninteresting.
I love how he's one of my favorite actors and I didn't know he's married...
Jim has always looked young, but to hear him mention his age. Dude looks amazing!! Gets more handsome over the years!!
jim parsons has a smile that lights up a room!
You forgot young Sheldon. He’s so great at everything he does, and he’s so humble.
He was so lovely in A Man of No Importance!
Penny be like : Leonard Look, Sheldon finally can socialize now. I'm so proud of him.
Our bus driver from Dublin to Belfast gave a constant running tour and when he was going to give a personal opinion, he would say, "to be fair..." So lovely. Jim's accent was pretty good! Looking forward to seeing this film!
It really wasn’t anything like any of the several Dublin accents, speaking as a person from Ireland who lived in Dublin for years his accent was more Darby O‘Gill and the little people but he is so charming and lovely a person it is impossible as a real Irish citizen to take offence.
@@DaithiKerr68I was looking for this comment, just to check I wasn’t going mad. I hold Jim Parsons in great esteem, but even as a non-Irish person, that struck me as a very bad Irish accent.
Jim's accent was appalling! I think he was actually joking with it.
That awkward handshake gesture from Jim that then proceeded to a hug from Seth
When sub-culture becomes pop culture be aware. Please. Neither of these two are awkward. Edit: seriously these are two comedy professionals. Edit edit: both of these two people have made more money from their jobs than most of us. It's hard to be awkward when you're a multi-millionaire.
Haha! I noticed it too. 🤣 And right after Seth said: "Please welcome our FRIEND Jim Parsons!" 😆
@@withershin that's not how people work
@@fernie6299 may I ask what your baseline is for this assumption? People is a very broad generalization. Have you been to say Europe ever? Or Utah?
@@Grillchips I heard that and don't think they are friends... So a handshake seems appropriate, and Seth wanted to hug to prove they are friends.
1:40 he had the same reaction when he found out Howard didn't have a pocket watch😹
my believe is that people should be HAPPY no matter what !, I am very glad to see the (movie industry). can be happy with all its folks.
I have prayed for this day,
Jim, I Love your work love the fact that you are 20 years happy
Ever since I watched Jim as the creepy agent Henry Wilson in Netflix's Hollywood I became a huge fan of his dynamic acting career. Before viewing his work as comedian, yeah, he's funny.
I loved him in that role, too.
Hollywood was the first thing I saw him in after TBBT and I could not believe they were the same person! He is a phenomenal talent.
❤I love you Jim Person and Shelldon Cooper❤
He is precious and graceful and accessible.
Mr. Parson you are pure GRACE. Thank you. 💙
I see you and you're great just as you are. the tears won't stop
Jim is 49?? OML
i love him
It is a pleasure watching Jim doing and going so well with his personal life as well with his professional one. I love him tons. 😍🔥💙💙
I love the color of Jim's socks! This beautiful deep green 💚
I love Jim Parsons. He's so articulate and genuine.
Jim Parsons is soooo cool.
I know I think he'd be really fun to hang out with..and be friends with...
I just love Jim Parsons
I love Jim Parsons ❤️. He is a great actor and wonderful person. I think He is a very handsome man...and these green socks... OMG 😍.
So well spoken. I am often disappointed hearing actors being interviewed.
This guy is almost 50. Wtf!
I am close to 60 years old and have seen A LOT of TV sitcoms. IMO Parson's "Sheldon" on "The Big Bang Theory" is one of the Top 10 characters ever in comedy sitcom history. Such a great character interpretation from him. He is a brilliant all around actor, too...
I know! How many characters in sitcoms have we seen that we truly feel like telling them "oh honey let me give you a hug I know you're awkward about hugs but let me give you a hug you are so precious in spite of your weirdness?!?"
And then you realise one of your daughters is a six year old Sheldon, and you say to new people and teachers you meet, "she's a Sheldon personality," and they get it and know just how to treat her right away. They aren't the least bit offended when she corrects their grammar and will say, "well, actually, that's not quite right...." before correcting them - and you thank the Gods for that brilliant character from a tv show who has helped so many people understand a fairly unusual personality. 😉
I fucking love Jim Parsons
Love this guy so talented and a sweet person
To the person reading this, even though I don't know you. I wish you the best of what life has to offer 🙏 🤗 ❤️

Thank you very much. Happy holidays, everyone.
What if a serial killer or some other horrible person is reading this do you still mean it
Wow loved this thanks Seth.
I really loved Jim Parsons, he’s a beautiful talented that we enjoyed the acting!!!
How is it that JP seems both simultaneously disinterested and so “happy to be here” at the same time. That my fellow RUclips scabs is real talent.
I love that he's doing the sitting position Penny told him HAHAHAHAAH
