Looks like a busy productive day. Those cheese and herb scones made my mouth water. Yummy. Were they fijoas ? Not sure how to spell it either . Lol. What were you doing with the flesh? Skins in salt and water to ferment? Today I harvested a basketful of veg and herbs and put the zucchini and herbs in the dehydrator . Moved cupboards between 2 rooms to try to make our small house work better for us . Made 3 quiches , half was eaten for dinner tonight and half is for Thursday night . And all the usual housekeeping , poultry chores and watering.
