Thanks I was bleeding my radiator when the little knob went inside the radiator and couldn't turn it off had to manage buckets for 20 minutes until I looked this up😂

I'm trying to switch off a valve. When I start turning the spanner clockwise it starts to leaks and the tension gets less like I'm loosing rather than tightening. Firstly could it have the opersite thread? Secondly if I continue will the hole thing come out water starts pissing out everywhere?
