- What to do if you can't stop worrying...have you ever been in a headspace where no matter what you do, you just can't seem to turn your mind off? You just can't seem to stop worrying about something? As someone who is at prone to worry and overthinking, I've been there. Worry is something so many of us deal with, but we can find freedom. Scripture holds the antidote! In this video, I'm going to share what to do if you can't stop worrying. This is something I personally do when my mind is spinning and I can't stop worrying...and it comes straight from the Bible! These are God's promises for battling worry and anxiety. I hope this video brings you encouragement and helps you to cultivate the true inner peace we can only find in Jesus. 🤍

I think I should also commit to memory Romans 8:6-very good and very convicting (definitely not a milk scripture-but rather a meat scripture!). I also find meditating on God's sovereignty very helpful-as well HIs power (remembering He created and sustains everything). Finally, have you heard that song Sparrows by Cory Asbury? I just recently heard that for the first time, and it brings me a lot of joy, takes away worry (it's basically a meditation on how God cares for His creation). God bless you!
Who gave you, Christian, the firm certainty that Jesus will not say to you on the day of judgment:

Jesus himself said when the high priest asked him to speak about his doctrine and Jesus answered him in all simplicity by: “I have spoken openly to the world; I always taught in the synagogue and in the temple, where all the Jews meet, and I said nothing in secret. (John, 18:20).
We know very well what Jesus spoke to his disciples and to the world while leafing through the bible... we searched the scriptures.
Did Jesus say anything in secret? No.

Nowhere and it was the church that made you up.
Jesus never said: god the son or god the holy spirit but he often said: God the Father!!!
It was the church that made Jesus god in (325 A.D.) in the First Council of Nicaea and the holy spirit god in (381 A.D.) in the Second Council of Constantinople.
In the 1st Council of Nicaea (in 325 A.D.), there was no mention of the Holy Spirit, and little mention was made of the Trinity. It was necessary to wait for the second council called "1st Council of Constantinople" in 381 which established the divinity of the Holy Spirit to definitively form the Trinity!!!
Christians did not know that Jesus was a God until the year 325 during the time of Constantine. The church has decided to deify Jesus and make him equal to the Father!!!
And it was only in the 1st Council of Constantinople in 381 that Christians knew that the holy spirit is also god.
It was in the church kitchen where everything was simmered and the credulous and naive Christians devoured everything without digesting what they swallow.
But happy is he who believes without protesting or trying to understand or asking questions.
Jesus is god, he loves you and he died for your beautiful eyes...amen.

How you believe without sight, your blessing is great.
Take that load of worry of your mind.
Let not your mouth defile that spirit of enmity.
Wish those things that are great and heavenly.

Yes, this just confirms the things that the Lord has been revealing to my heart! When we are spiraling with worry and doubt and fear in our minds, we have to cut it off immediately! Even if it’s been going for a while, and we just realize that we cut it off in the name of Jesus! We repeat the words of the Lord back to him! We get a scripture and we say over and over and over and create a new Pathway
All I do is worry since my husband left me. Pray for me.😢
Praying for you me in same situation but do you know you can stand for your marraige supernaturally. Give it to God, pray and be silent wait for God to work. Look for supernaturally standing for marraige with jaison. May God restores our marraige.praying that
God will bring your husband to salvation first and then to you and resurrect your marraige in Jesus name. Never give up..
Pray , and get used to finding peace within yourself and God can help you deal with being alone . God is always with us , even if you feel alone.
All rejection is God's protection ❤ trust him .

Hi Kaci! I read Philippians 4:6,7 when I want to worry. God is telling us exactly what to do when we worry. Pray and talk to him about what we are worrying about. Very powerful scripture for me. It reminds me to
pray and ask for God's help and give the person or situation to Him and trust Him to work in that person ' s life or a situation.
My son is schizophrenic and he is not taking his meds and he is paranoid and disrespecting his wife and doing other things he shouldn't be doing. I am giving my son to God and praying
and trusting God.
It's a Daily Battle and we have to be Proactive with the Word of God 🤲 over Worry.

I have PTSD due to some medical conditions and along with that comes a lot of anxiety for me . I’ve found myself having a lot more panic attacks than normal and I really started to pray about it . I still get panic attacks, sometimes more than others but now as the attacks are happening I’m constantly reciting 2 Timothy 1:7 and just declaring that over and over . Along with Philippians 4:6 and it’s been a game changer. I still deal with the anxiety, but knowing that it’s not coming from God gives me power to proclaim peace not only in my mind but also in my life. 💛 love your videos by the way . I’ve definitely learned so much & really dug in with scripture. It’s changed everything

YES! I do the same. I recite Proverbs 3:5-6 over and over and I believe. As a result, by the grace of God, my worries are dissolved!!

I put the first scripture verse above my pinboard in three different translations a while back. I struggle with anxiety and attacks of anger, but God is teaching me to trust Him more and be still. I think, as you said, that reading and rereading the word of God is very conducive to came down.

God's promises are powerful - that's so true.
But we need to train our hearts to cling to them day by day.
It's one of the greatest habits of a Christian.
I do this when I'm worried about a health issue. When I'm tempted to Google symptoms and freak out I first ask God.. "ok what's going on with this strange pain I'm having. It's freaking me out. Do I need a doctor? Is it something I'm eating? Stress? What should I do.. I need your wisdom and healing " then I just say "I am healed by His stripes: and other healing scriptures. To take my focus off the fear which is often greater than what's actually going on anyway.

Pray to not worry, believe God not worries. Taking delight in the Lord means that our hearts truly find peace and fulfillment in Him, He soon put His perfect desires in our hearts.
Psalm 37:4 says, “Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.”
Keep spreading the good news because people need to hear it and show love towards others

Worry isn’t faith, cast your cares to God, He gives grace to the humble. We have an Almighty good Heavenly Father and Shepherd that cares for us.

Worrying about your life is above your pay grade. Trust and dependency on God allow us to hand our life over to him. Let go… God will lead you to Him.
Proverbs 29:25-26 KJV
The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the Lord shall be safe.
Don’t fear any boss, spouse, family member or any human over God. It will result in a prison of fear and worry.

Another powerful verse that helped me with anxiety in darker times is in Joshua 1:5, which says "No one will be able to stand against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you."

Thank you! I think being agoraphobic is much harder and frustrating than simply worrying all the time. We can try to overcome anxiety, however, anxiety is never our enemy. It's uncomfortable but not dangerous. But it's something we can overcome anyway.
This is way of thinking "my problem is worse than yours" is also product of anxiety. I have agoraphobia and worrying all the time and I can tell you that worrying all the time produces anxiety all the time, while agoraphobia gives you strong peaks while you are in specific situations. Both agoraphobia and worrying all the time are debilitating.

The purpose of worry is to find a way to deal with a difficulty. A difficulty causes worry. If you don't think of difficulty, you'll stop the source of worry.
Worry is part of anxiety. Besides the Bible saying to not worry (or not be anxious) about anything and pray instead, it also say only think of the things in Heaven and not the things on earth.

Thank you Kaci for this thoughtful lecture! I am reminded every time about the goodness of GOD and am thankful for all His gift and joy that I receive every day from Him. However, like everybody else, we are passing through challenges and tests, where anxiety wants to override the truth of God. I am memorizing Philippians 4:6-7, to be reminded every time to return to Him and to bring my worries with prayers, supplication and thanksgiving to return to the real peace that we need every day.

Being in the will of God is the best place anyone can ever be. Many people have set career and fortune as the goal of their lives while rejection God. However much they have gained in the eyes of the world, their lives end in misery and poverty. The one who follows Jesus is always rich beyond measure, eternally fortunate, and truly blessed.
I had to leave my x to save my life i chose god but I lost my daughter as well and it’s been 2 years now. And I’m upset with god because I’m disappointed. I just feel like a big pile of poo. We are working on me but it’s a struggle everyday waking up knowing that it’s another day I don’t get to tell her how much I love her. And it’s hard keeping faith when u just don’t understand why.
the thing with me is I worry that the wish and prayer I have will not come truth. I worry I won’t find a husband. I’m quickly approaching 30 & my dream has always been to have a big family with a Christian husband. I worry because my fertile years are quickly passing by and I just got out of a failed 5 year relationship. I can’t help but feel worried I won’t ever have the family I so much desire 😢
30 is still very young, but I totally understand! Are you actively joining groups of likeminded believers and getting to know quality Christian men? For me, I got involved with a group at church who are creatives and I met someone special. Please don't let fear be your motivator because we know that's not from the Lord! He knows the desires of your heart. Your fertile years are over once you hit menopause, which is probably y our 50s, and many women can still have babies in their 40s still naturally. I'm sure you don't want to wait that long, but just wanted to reassure you that 30s are still good too! I hope and pray you find a wonderful man to start a family with.

All Skin is Not The same, Some more sensitive? Eating meat for Some can cause skin problems or Taken to many Vitamins, Need more Sun, less Sun. Some Need to wash their face Morning, noon and night. Stress? Roulette wheel of Life, stomach, skin, Eyes, Heart, bones, relationships, etc. Every Day can be a different Problem ! Those Who are Washed by The Blood of The Lamb, Their stress levels are almost 0! Or Not at All

All the advice to “not worry or be anxious “ makes it seem as if this is a condition. I’m having some incredible difficulties right now and so am CONSTANTLY worried- it’s not a condition but rather a response to a crisis in my case.
Whenever you feel like god doesn’t hear you it’s because Satan is attacking you and trying to lure you towards him. Drop to your forearms and knees in your room and remember that if you fully submit to Jesus, the devil will flee from you every time. And remember that GOD ALWAYS WINS!!!!
