    Out of respect, may I recommend using a cotton flour towel or organic coffee filter. Paper has gotten nasty. It actually grows black mold. Leave some wet in a clean jar and watch.
    I love ❤your recipe! I’m going to try it.

      I know another guy used paper towels over his kombucha and it killed the scoby so something isn’t good in those things for sure! I love muslin cloth. You can clean and reuse over and over :)

      I was thinking the same thing. I worked in a toilet paper and paper towel factory. That paper is recycled and filthy (actually gray in color) and we dyed it white.

      @@2LiveQ-Tx It wasn't "canned". It was placed in the fridge. If you want it canned, you need to water bath in the jars.

    how long did you strain the juice??

      just push with a spoon to strain if it is taking to long

      Mash through a strainer, add sugar and cinnamon to taste, boom, applesauce. Two for one.

    How long can you boil it

      Until it becomes really thick and gooey. U will know. When it glosses out its ready.

    I have 100% apple juice. Can I use that instead of boiling apples to make juice? And should I use low or high heat?

      @@moobuttbecause people today have no idea how to cook and when they see what it really takes they over react. People have no realistic understanding of what is in their food so when they see it homemade they’re blown away and it’s just ridiculous. People need to get over it and get in their GD kitchens.

      Yeah that makes perfect sense, I tried adding a little less than that and it was still too sweet for my liking.i tasted the juice before adding sugar and it already tasted sweet enough, so maybe a touch of sugar is all hard necessary

    You didn't have to waterbath can? Also,can I juice my apples In my juicer then make apele juice

      You don't need to water bath jar if you're opening and using it right away. 😊 If you're not going to be using it in your fridge right away or if you're gifting or selling, you might want to get some mason jars and water bath to seal them air tight.
