Do we need to be accredited? Which seed capitol phase are we in? Will this be series A funding? Make sense to be in texas where energy is deregulated
You do not need to be accredited since this is a Regulation CF investment. This is the second investment round, the first was a private round at a $20M valuation I believe.
Wait so the plan is to invest so these guys can build a mining farm and make themselves rich and they will give you a shirt or a hoodie or maybe a dividend someday if you invest enough money and an invite to a rave full sweaty crypto degens if you give them enough? I'd rather stick to my own mining farm this sounds too similar to Famco and every other pre mining play that promises to pay in the future maybe if you gave up enough first. People should just get their own miners hosted and get direct mining rewards back instead of these pointless middleman plays that don't offer you direct ownership of anything other than an iou.
1) You missed the most important part, you get shares in the company. The merch is just a fun add-on. You do this to get equity. Pretty big thing to miss.
2) But it seems like you are getting pretty heated over something that I am not saying. I'm not saying it's better or worse than doing your own thing. I obviously see a TON of value in buying miners and running them yourself or hosting them. I say as much in the video. But the reality is that a lot of people like the idea of mining but they don't want anything to do with all that. They don't want to think about machines or hosting or running them at home. I'm good with all that, but not everyone is.
I think it's really important to understand I am not saying this opportunity is something everyone should do. This has a specific fit. I like it for me as just another way to get exposure to BTC mining, but where there could be the surprise of a very valuable IPO or acquisition. Others might like it because it's easy. If you don't like it for you, then that is 100% a-okay with me. But let me be extra clear here at the end. I am not trying to convince you to invest in this. I am presenting something that I truly do find interesting to me. And if someone else does too, great. If they don't, great.
@@YourFriendAndy not heated I just don't see anything about shares being given out or mentioned in the terms at all. I see people getting dividend options in btc maybe if they invest over 50k but everyone else gets some swag and a social media callout or an nft since those have worked so great with the other mining nfts. If you get actual shares then sure I agree with you but otherwise I'd still rather have miners over an iou nft.

If you read about the SAFE on their wefunder you can get more info about how the money you invest will turn into shares. I believe everyone will be eligible for dividends, but if you invest over $50K you can have your dividends paid out in BTC. Dividends happen either way, that's just an extra perk for larger investors.
But either way, I want to stress again, I'm not trying to convince you this is better than wanting to mine on your own. I just think this is an interesting opportunity and that there are people out there who are a good fit for it. If you don't see the value of this for yourself, then I'd encourage you to keep doing what makes sense for you. That's an ideal outcome for anyone who is in investing.

Well I commented on the wrong thing earlier...but my idea and rough draft of what I'm calling a Stepping stone or progressive contract to get some of us out of what's been called the hobby level of mining..I'd like to talk to you about it more...or someone interested...been pushing it out on X. but it's not going anywhere, especially after pissing off Elon and getting red flagged...now my reach is limited 😂..all I did was like all the posts he made last month...it may or may not have been during a live talk broadcast 😂😂🤷🏼♂️ well I would apologize or whatever but he's not got the time to listen to me he's busy trying to ensure we can get off this rock😂

25M seed market cap is not for small investors...even putting in 100k wouldn't even get you half of 1%. Furthermore you are purchasing a convertible note and not seed share capital. That means we have no idea at what valuation our loans would be converted. If they get greedy they could just merge with another shell company, dilute Quantum Ex's loans to near nothing and we're all out and they are all rich.

I'm wondering what the value added proposition is other than the potential for a buy-out down the line. A company that will begin mining BTC while the golden bull has already begun? Seems like they're late to the party. Anytime within the last 2 years would have been the optimum time to start such a company. Hash rate will go higher, rewards will be halved, but, yes, BTC price will be higher; however, it doesn't seem like a slam dunk. Dividends near-term seem highly unlikely for a company that won't be in profit for a bit. Is there any competitive advantage over the current mining stocks in terms of profitability or how they're going to run their operation, or are they simply looking to be status quo with the current mining, which I imagine would mean they'd be profitable?
Other than a buyout, an IPO would be a preferred outcome. I'm not sure I agree with this being late. We have no idea what this bull run will look like or when it will truly take off. Not to mention the power of having a successful operation during a bull run will be very attractive. Many of your other questions about profitability, run rate, etc, have been answered on their wefunder page and in their discord.
Slam dunk? Absolutely not. But what is?? I am very dubious of anything people consider a slam dunk. This space is so volatile and active that it's hard to nail down what even the next few months will look like. My bet here is on the team and on Bitcoin. But I don't expect everyone to see what I see and that's okay.

Explain it to me. After being genuinely interested in this company, I join as an advisor. I get some shares for doing this that I cannot exercise for multiple years. The same exact shares anyone gets for investing right now. I get paid nothing else in the meantime. Like always, I share all the things I have interest in, within the crypto space, here on my channel. This is one of those. I can't pump this and sell on my audience. I would never do that in first place, but in the case, I literally cannot.
And one more note. I ALWAYS tell you when I am sponsored or when I have some other bias. MOST crypto channels get paid, make videos, and never tell you they were. I know of many many examples of this on the platform. But I'm the one "extreme shilling". I wish more people would spend a few moments using critical thinking about this stuff before commenting.

Well I think the bull has barely even started. But yes, the true test of a mining company is the bear. Several of the members of the team have run successful operations through the previous bear market.
And "shilling" is such a tired and overused term. If I am "shilling" this, then I likely have to wait multiple years before my "shilling" pays off. While I personally make a point to only talk about stuff on my channel that I actually care about and like, of course no matter what I do, it's "shilling."

@@Saintel what bags?? I get some shares that I can’t exercise for 2yrs. If the company does well and gets bought or IPOs then I win… but so does everyone who invests. I can’t sell my “bags” to anyone who’s investing right now. The ONLY reason I am making a video and decided to join their team is because I really like what they are building. I get these kind of offers every single week and say no to 99%. I am excited about it. I can’t do anything with this investment for a long time. As always, I share what I am into on my channel. I don’t get paid ANYthing if you decide to invest. How is this “self-serving?”
It is my opinion based on the video & what you just said. You get shares of the company. Thus you are talking/marketing the company to your viewers. If the company does well you profit. It's basically a sponsored video. I stand by my opinion and that is ok. We can have opposing perspectives. As I said before I normally like your videos, I just don't like this one and that is ok. @@SaintelI appreciate you being here and I don't feel attacked. However I am replying because I do not understand your logic. I have very clearly outlined my association and bias with QE. When I do sponsored videos, I clearly outline that they are in the video. Maybe this is a bit self-serving. But by that thought process, all my stuff, whether sponsored or not, is. I don't typically make videos about stuff I don't own or have experience with. So why watch any of my videos? For the sponsored stuff, is advertising bad? Should Toyota stop spending money on ads? How would you find out about something like Quantum if people weren't making videos? Should everyone stop making videos? Should we only allow people who haven't invested to make videos? And then prevent them from investing after they make the video if they decide they like it?
I'm being a little pedantic here, but I think the point should be clear. I will profit if ANYthing I am invested in and have talked about does well. Whether I am paid directly by them or not. So you have to ask yourself, why is this video different than all the others? The ones where I have received no compensation one way or another. I benefit either way. Then you have to ask yourself why you watch any videos if you have a problem with this. That's my big point. Not trying to fight you, it just seems like a very illogical stance to me.
