Most companies does not accept or do not proceed to the interview when the notice period is 90 days because they say that they cannot wait 90 days. How to overcome this challenge?
At 3:00 you said that, ki woh khud aapko itna kaam nahi provide karayenge kyonki unhe pata hai ki ye banda jaane waala hain. Sorry, but I beg to differ on this statement. If you and your Team Lead/Manager have a bad relationship then they can make your life hell during the notice period. My ex-TL did not give any discount on deliverables and purposely deferred the onboarding of my replacement to the last few weeks of my notice period and put me on night shift and then was about to escalate me to HR for petty reasons. I guess he took my resignation personally as I resigned within 5 months of joining the project. Kuch managers/Team Leads bohot ghatiya hote hain aur outgoing resource ko end tak satayenge agar aapki kismat kharab ho toh.
Oh okay. Any specific reason aapne 5 months pe company resign kr di?
@@epsilon5437 The expectations of my ex-Team Lead were very high from me and he was very mean with me for no reason from the get go. Also, he didn't want to give leaves. He was obsessed with micromanagement and escalations. It was so damn stressful that I had an aggressive hairfall episode which almost caused baldness for me. I was handling some 44 customers there.

I m a fresher in the company..my confirmation date is 4 Nov. But they set 90 days notice period in the portal....Without the confirmation of the employee... serving notice period is applicable for that emoloyee?

I guess nahi, jab tak probation period rahega tab tak na hee certificate milega aur na hee aapko wait karna chahiye agar koi dusri company se better offer miljaaye, toh abscond kar sakte ho directly.
Lekin same company black list kar degi sayad agar next time kabhi in future samd company jo join karna chahoge.
