RX8 Front Main Seal and Tie Rod repair

How do you keep the engine under load if you have an automatic? Trying to install a thermostat oil pellet. Thank you.

What tool have you used to lock the flywheel to prevent the crankshaft from turning?

You can buy a flywheel lock tool for pretty cheap.
