    260k miles! 🤯
    What year and engine displacement? Auto or manual?

    The direction rod locking nut is a 24mm, a 1in works.

    A "match" for front and rear part of front wheels will set you straight, without any toe in. Most recent vehicules have some toe in. And having a MacPherson geometry (Mazda) will cause some toe out when compressing suspension, so it should be set on ground, ideally with full gaz tank.

    did you have the problem where the tires were wearing out on the outer edge ? because i have this problem and im wondering if this is what is wrong with my car its a 2012 mazda 3

      There’s a good possibility that’s it. The other thing it could be is your lower control arm bushings but most likely the tie rods if the alignment isn’t off.

    You still need to take it in to get an alignment. Even if it drives straight down the road, both front tires could easily be toed in or out a good amount and you'll destroy your tires

      Never changed ?

      @ProZacksProjects  3 года назад +1

      @@missionnad1 that is correct. Honestly I probably should've changed them as preventative maintenence but they were holding up fine.

    Bro laser alignments are the only way to save tires. That whole tape measure thing, been there done that. Destroyed my tires. Just replace all your parts first then make the appointment to get it perfect.

      Anytime you mess with the suspension.. an alignment is needed. Especially, if you have some aggressive settings dialed in. I get one at least twice a year.

  • @johnnyphillips5778

    • @ProZacksProjects
      @ProZacksProjects  3 года назад

      Yeah. This does get it close but an actual alignment would be for the best.
