It's been awhile since I've seen this scene. To clarify, I pirated and read up until PC EP3, then imported EP4 to finish off the first half, then followed Chiru based on electronic releases. Regardless, it has been so long. Umineko brought so many emotions out of me that cannot be replaced, so I began to read unpatched EP1 as part of my practice for JLPT. I gave up not even to the predinner family council held in EP1 with my awful Japanese, but this video inspired me. Just why I love this VN.
And it depresses me that no matter what novel, drama or movie I translate, I'm always reminded that I would never be able to attempt this VN even though I am a Japanese major. It does not truly defeat me, but this looming masterpiece of eight pieces always looms over everything I do and I always wish I could get good enough to join Klashikari on his projects. But I'm useless.
