I have the exact combination of this watch (blue on blue strap) and it looks very different on the wrist. That dial is so shiny and combined with double AR coating on the crystal, it reflects light like no other. Great watch.
I bought this on the bracelet but also paid for the rubber, believing that I’d pretty much keep it on the rubber most of the time. I’ve ended up only using the rubber a couple of times as the bracelet is really good.
I own a black dial seamster for 2 years and I still look at this beauty .im know saving for a aqua terra long way to go as being a mechanic wages are not great .love your video
I bought the Omega Seamaster 300 42m blue dail on the bracelet and l love it if your buying a Omega Seamaster 300 42m has to be the blue dail it's the one started the James bond franchise in the 90s it's a must have in any watch collection 👌
I own the grey dial. It was a big purchase for me but I have no regrets at all. The build quality is so good it will last a lifetime. The amount of watch you get for the price can’t be matched.
I just got the 42mm with the GREEN dial and green rubber strap cost me $7600 Canadian but worth EVERY cent!! I have had so many compliments and it FEELS great on the wrist!
I have this exact watch. Personally love the rubber which makes it so comfortable and I love the sportier look especially in tropical Australia. The only issue is the bezel can be hard to turn. Good vid mate.
I bought this with both the bracelet and strap and the strap is by far the better option. Wonder how long it’ll last with daily wear. My biggest fear it wearing out and say its 10 years from now, finding out they don’t make it anymore and can’t find a replacement one. The strap is honestly perfect for this watch. But it is nice having the bracelet for occasions that call for one. And you were right, the blue looks better in person that it ever does in any video or picture.
Gone up in price a bit now. Got to be blue, got mine and finding I'm wearing it much more on the bracelet than rubber, just my preference. Top watch, cheers 👌🏴
I wanted to thank you for your very good videos, especially this wonderful one about Omega watch, it was very excellent and complete, I enjoyed watching this video and learned a lot.
I have the blue and the black dial versions and previously owned the chrome dial. My favourite is the black, the hour markers pop more against the inky black dial, while blue is a bit more subdued. I'm either going to sell or part exchange the blue one for a planet ocean.
I have mine in white on the black rubber strap (which it’s amazingly comfortable), but my other watches are getting angry at me because I haven’t been able to take it off since I got it four months ago.
Great watch, I have recently managed to have one and absolutely love it. It looks smart and sits comfortably on my wrist on a stainless strap. Great review!!
Good stuff. I have a seamaster blue bezel silver dial it’s an absolute banger of a watch and hand in hand with my Rolex OP probably the better finished watch
I tried on all iterations of this. The one for me that looks the best is the chrome dial. It’s crazy, as it looks awful on photos, but in the flesh, it’s incredible. Easily the most beautiful. That’s just me I guess.
@@rossdev it’s a peach. I ended up buying the Chrome Seamaster 300m Chronograph. Love it. The blue sub dials, ceramic pushers and hands are fantastic. Bravo Omega
Great vid and great watch. I do love a blue Omega SM300 and I still have the automatic Bond version purchased in 2000 as part of my collection - a classic. Currently into the Tudor BB58 and have both the blue and black/gilt versions. I know, mad eh! However, the king in my collection is still the supreme, elegant Rolex Submariner Date 16610 which I've proudly cherished for nearly 20 years.
I purchased the blue one on the bracelet today. I've ordered a blue rubber strap for it too. Call it an early birthday present for myself. 56 next month!
I also am a huge fan of the seamaster aqua terra with the green dial that watch is just exquisite to me. Those are my top three time pieces. I’m currently saving for the seamaster with the blue bezel. If all goes to plan by the end of this year xmas I should be able to pull the trigger.
I feel like my new 2022 omega seamaster bezel a bit like loose...the bezel is slightly play to the left and right....plus when i gentle press the bezel for example at 3'o clock, the opposite bezel at 9'o clock its like lifting up a little bit... I ask omega boutique they say its normal...just wondering any of other owners feel the same? Is it normal? Thx guys.
Hi Chisholm. I've just subscribed to your channel as your videos are very thorough and excellent . i have just purchased the 44mm Omega 300m blue with stainless steel bracelet .Would a blue strap fit to this watch as the blue straps look smart. Thanking You.
Choice are so difficult cant decide which one I like better the Tudor GMT or the Omega in Blue. I will admit the Omega is much easier to read the dial but wondering if that rubber band will irritate my arm when it gets hot like my apple sport band did. I feel that the Omega blue really pops but could be a limiting color. Thank you for a great video.
I had one on a bracelet for a while and couldn’t get on with it. Edges were sharp and the clasp is comically large. Not sure why Omega put anti-reflective coating on the outside of the sapphire as it scratches.
My seamaster AR has not scratched at all and I have taken it hiking and snorkeling. I heard they fixed this problem a few years ago. What year is yours?
i have the same but in black with sedna gold rose. Man i get more compliments than my friend with his submariner rolex in black. theres an OMEGA for everyone. even GOD has an OMEGA for being eternal maybe his is the tourbillon all gold well he can afford it.
nice review of a great watch - however, the bezel has nothing to do with "oxygen left in the tank!" - breathing gasses are monitored and measured by submersible pressure gauges (spg) in "bar" or "ppsi". Bezel's are for either monitoring dive time or decompression stops - but nothing to do with "how much gas is left! - also, oxygen cannot be breathed below 3m due to high PPO2 and oxygen toxicity. Divers breathe either air, nitrox or trimix. Not looking to criticise, just trying to inform... 👌👍
Not quite true with regards to oxygen. Oxygen becomes toxic after 1.6ppO2 or 6m. In any case a ppO2 of 1.4 is recommended and only at 1.6 for decompression. That’s why pure O2 is used during a 6m deco stop. I use pure O2 for my 6m stop if breathing a hypoxic (less than 21%) trimix.
I forced myself to like it but couldn't because of the upper left crown it makes it very japanese .i dont wanna wear a 5000$ watch looking like a 400 bucks seiko

I tried this in an Omega boutique today and I lost my bloody mind! This watch reflects light like no other watch I have seen before. What a beauty!
Mine is 26 years old and still looks and works as new .
Omegas build quality is incredible. It'll last another 26 years no problem!
Do you mind me asking if you service it often? Some people say only after 10 years others say 5 years or so

Today, I made my purchase of an blue Omega SMP after watching your review , thanks man
I just got the 42mm with the GREEN dial and green rubber strap cost me $7600 Canadian but worth EVERY cent!! I have had so many compliments and it FEELS great on the wrist!
I got the white dial on metal in December. It’s a beautiful watch. I ordered the rubber strap to wear as a daily as it’s always hot where I live
I have a blue bezel silver bezel on the rubber strap. It’s very comfortable and high quality
White on rubber is the way

Omega keeps a minimum 30 year archive on straps. Considering this is one of the most popular watches from the brand, I think you'll be alright.

Agreed. Did not like this watch on photo’s. When I saw it on my wrist it is beautiful
Superb video! 👌 great choice on the white version 😁
Thank you 😁

Awesome collection you have going on Andy 👏
Thank you Andy! Really glad you enjoyed and incredible collection!
Got the version on the bracelet but the bracelet wasnt my thing and quite bulky so i bought a blue strap for it. Love the dial a lot
Love mine. Wouldn't change a thing about it.
My next watch is going to be an Omega for sure , absolutely beautiful ❤
I’ve got one that’s steel and yellow gold with black ceramic 😎 it’s stunning… oh and the diving strap too haha it makes the waves on the dial pop more
Opinion on the Longines Heritage Classic 1946? I’m looking at that watch for my first luxury watch
I have both and definitely prefer the bracelet.
Great video!! Really appreciate the rubber vs bracelet analysis. Leaning toward the bracelet for my usage but both are clearly great
Can’t go wrong either way
Thank you! Both are fantastic, has to be said.
Month ago I got myself black one but I must say, gray is my favourite one. Anyway, all 300m dials look just incredible.
Beautiful watch, excellent video.
I’d love to see you review an MRG-B5000B. Not too dissimilar in price, but totally different ends of the spectrum.
How about blue dial on a black rubber strap?
it's a crime
@@chiefzski it depends on the blue. For me this sea master professional blue dial doesn’t quite cut it.
Got this on metal and rubber strap. I used to wear my airking everyday but since getting this, this has never left my wrist.
Great review. Omega are under rated!
Thank you!
Stunning in blue
I purchased the blue one on the bracelet today. I've ordered a blue rubber strap for it too. Call it an early birthday present for myself. 56 next month!
Congrats mate! It's an absolutely stunning watch. It's definitely worth it!
I have the black. I compared it with the blue at an AD and I much prefer the black for me.
Speedmaster in black
Seamaster in blue
Just my opinion of course.

Great video. Would you recommend this (with the white dial) over the Tudor Pelagos FXD?
Omega!!! I think as a whole
Omega offers a level up against Tudor as omega goes pretty hand in hand with Rolex
Great review on seamaster, thank you.
Im literally wearing that same watch and strap as im watching your video. Good stuff!

Please review omega seamaster Tokyo white and blue with blue strap :-) .Thank you
great video, you prefer white or blue harris?
White!
I ordered this a couple days ago on the rubber as I prefer my watches on rubber and nato straps.
So do i! Rubber is a lot more durable in my opinion.
@@ChisholmHunterOfficial definitely, I also think it's more comfortable.
Best in Black!😉
It has to be the White Dial... Surely
Nice review, thank you 👍

12-18months wait
Beautiful watch but I'm biased, i have the exact same wtach.😃
Good choice!
I really love mine
Yes, I personally certify it’s best in blue. Because I have it, best proof. You are welcome. And I have both straps
buy on the bracelet and buy the rubber as an extra
113 or 130 grams ?
I would buy the one with the Bracelet and then buy the Rubber Band. Cheaper that way than doing it the other way around.
Hope you can do the new 2021 Seamaster 300 blue and black models as well!
Absolutely. Stay tuned!
Prices for Omega Seamster 300M diver are up again🤭
Can I get this watch , please
Great video, thank you 👍🏽

This comment means so much to us. Thank you.
If I'm going outdoors hiking etc, I'm gonna wear my G Shock.
I prefer white
If they had got rid of this ugly useless escape valve,I would have definitely bought one since a long time!
It’s cool and DNA of Seamaster Diver. I like it.
It’s not a escape valve it’s a little bicep bulge because the seamaster is flexion on all the completion 💪
Such a handsome watch but bracelet is horrible. I like more the white dial version.
The blue is extremely plastic-like in person. Highly advise to try it in person before doing anything stupid.
I bought the blue on bracelet, I can't bring myself to pay $500 bucks for a rubber strap and deployant clasp.
I forced myself to like it but couldn't because of the upper left crown it makes it very japanese .i dont wanna wear a 5000$ watch looking like a 400 bucks seiko
O mii gah
Omega seamaster costs around £400 to make . Why give a company over £4000 profit ? ridiculously overpriced.
Divers don’t use ‘oxygen’. They usually breathe normal air, unless you’re tech diving with trimix, but that’s a whole new world.
