Hey man watched a vid of yours as I just got my starter kit. I’ve been on an exercise routine of swimming 10 kilometres a week and I’ve started doing 2, 1 hour karate lessons a week too. I hope with the man shake as well as my exercise routine I can reach my goal. The thing I took out of your vlog is public accountability and I’m going to do the same.
