    I clearly remember this broadcast. My mom and I were watching and both in tears at the end of the newscast.

    Love this because Jim Axel was another icon in Atlanta...
    Do you have WAGA open/ anchor rejoin during 1995-1997? As well WXIA open/ anchor rejoin during or a full newscast 94-97? Finally, do you have Brenda Wood's last Broadcast on WAGA in January 1997, before she went over to WXIA 11Alive?

    North Dekalb Mall is now a dead mall. The only reason it stays alive is because of the movie theater. I'm surprised that they didn't even mention it. The AMC theater first opened in December of the same year the news was taped.

      @@ronthatus I'm sure. I googled AMC theaters for North DeKalb. They still have movies playing there.
