Hi Steve, Chris and Smudgey Boy, Donna and I just watched your latest vlog and we just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your new song, AmyJo!!! Is this going to be your theme song for your vlogs? We hope so, it was fantastic. We so enjoy your videos and look forward to seeing them each week. Still hoping we can get over there maybe in 2026 now, I know, I know it keeps getting pushed back. But I think we will make it this time. Say a big Hi to Jan and Tony for us as well. So glad you 4 or I should say 5, (Smudge counts too), are traveling together. We enjoy seeing all of you having such a good time. David and Donna Sheets in Florida
Loved the vlog! I actually have one of those Groot planters. 😊 Enjoyed the walkabout in the village. Sure was a bit tight around that area. I recall the difficulty with mooring in that stretch. OMG! You 4 were having a good time! Love it! So much fun!!! Thanks for sharing your adventures with us.
I grew up only a mile from Goyt Mill - it was built in 1905; it doesn't date to the 18th Century. The concrete building now converted to a sort of greenhouse at 10:40 is actually a WW2 pillbox.
Nice to see where the Fools & Horses Narrowboat is now, wonderd what had happened to her after not seeing her at her mooring near Furness Vale for a long time,Great Amyjo song, who recorded it ?,Jan must have the same optician as me,as my glasses dont work either. Thanks for another Great Vlog
She seems to have weathered a little since we last saw it too. I confess to using AI to create the song. One AI to create the Lyrics and another to add the melody
@@LifeonboardAmyJo That's amazing. Sounds really good. Phil on Narrowboat Journeys uses something to create melodies for his lyrics. Works well. That's life in the 21st Century! Thanks again.
The two of us sat here in Malaysia watching you play the quiz wanted to shout out Malaysia and neighbours Singapore to the south, Thailand to the north, Indonesia and Brunei (all with land borders with Malaysia). That's before the obvious ones like Japan and China to go with India as given. Was "Burrr" an attempt at Burma (Myanmar), Bhutan or Bangladesh? (3 all in Asia and beginning in B)
Loved the special song.Very jolly!
Thank you Linda

Hi David, We're thinking about using the song but our theme tune is now so well known Its going to be hard to change it
Thank you for showing the beautiful English country side as you cruise the waterways.
Our pleasure!

Yes it was! Thanks for watching Brigid
Nothing like the chug chug chug of the coal boat and Uncle Tony directing boat traffic. Good times good friends.
We love the sound of the coal boats too. Tony was checking the price list as well :-)
Give the new song ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️and a 👍. Awesome content as usual!
Thank you Trudy. Seems everyone is liking the tune
Love the blog as always and the bit of music Amy Jo!

@@LifeonboardAmyJo It's a lovely song and, despite my scepticism about AI, you've certainly put it to good use there! Enjoyed your vlog as always! 😊
Nice new song! Which of you is the songwriter? Well done. Another lovely cruise. Thank you for sharing. Cheers.
I confess to using AI to create the song Neil. One AI to create the Kyrics and another to add the melody

Hi , where can I get the track and who is it by?? Live aboard Amy Jo??? It’s brilliant!!! Thanks
I made it I can give you a copy it you want. Let me have an email or contact me via messenger
I've often thought of coming over from the U.S to try canal boating for week but heavy boat traffic would make me a little nervous.
Don’t let that put you off. It not always busy. The llangollen is the busiest canal. The Shropshire union is nice and not too busy
