Good to see that commitment & passion to live the dream. And hardcase characters enjoying the journey of Mukka Motorsports. Mighty fine planning and execution there at HQ, looks real good.
If you're going to do a podcast room you're going to want it completely insulated with air-con / heat pump with acoustic sound proofing around all 4 walls and a tech room (all the audio equipment/computers etc here), with a ton of power outlets and ethernet ports etc. Get it done right the first time and prep for large success to begin with so in the event it does drastically take off (which based on the level of effort and planning you've appeared to have done here, that's the goal and will most likely happen), you don't have to backtrack later and spend more money later pulling things apart or down. I would say, build at least a 5.5m x 4.0m room, with the 1.5m being reserved for technical goodies. You would ideally go even larger, but costs multiply per meter. You'd still be able to fit a good 1.8-2.2m long table (preferably a resin/wood slab river table for aesthetics) and up to 6x Shure SM7B's with a TV serving as a teleprompter for topics out of sight of camera etc. You can get flat plane acoustic deadening from various companies or go with the traditional pyramid/triline type foam padding, insulating the room with bats and using thicker gib board is fairly premium for sound proofing and acoustic cancelling too, greatly increases the quality of the podcast audio, which is #1 priority when building a podcast as you'd expect to have it on various platforms such as RUclips, Spotify etc. Would be happy to email ya about more info regarding audio setups and stuff if you'd like.
