  • We install the Indian syndicate 2 up riding seat and the Indian Passenger foot pegs. These upgrades will allow you the capability to have a passenger. We also do a quick test ride with a passenger and give some overall impressions. #indianmotorcycle #indianscout #scoutrogue

I'm pretty lame with mechanical tasks. However this is so straight forward, your quick vid gave me the confidence I needed. Thanks bro.

Nice. I saw on the forums most people said the syndicate seat was not comfortable for a passenger. I think a lot of it depends on their weight, but the scout just doesn’t have enough space on the rear fender for that much cushioning. I added a step-up saddlemen with heated pads and upgraded to the Fox suspension on my Rogue. I’m waiting on a sissy bar to arrive before I try doing a long ride with my girlfriend, so I can’t speak about how comfortable the saddlemen is for her yet.

Have the same seat and yes definitely not comfortable for the passenger. My girl starts complaining after an hour or so. I recently change the shocks and I can feel the difference. She has gotten on it yet with the new shocks, but pretty sure she’ll also notice the difference.

Hope you adjusted the suspension before putting a passenger on. Makes a big difference. It’s still gonna ride like ass tho. I got the same seat on my bobber but I added the dean speed sissy bar.

Is there a pillion with backrest offered for this bike? That might make all the difference when it comes to saftey at least. Taht seat is so small it looks like any amount of torque would just slip them right off the back of it!

Yes. A better set up would be the extended seat (longer than this one) with backrest.
