That got to me too. The Bengals were as concerned about him as the Jags. I saw the same thing when Phillips went down in the Dolphins game. The guy who he was about to block before his achilles collapsed hung out with him for just a second even while the play was going on downfield. You could see the concern in his eyes as well
@@derrickez It’s amazing how the reports are just a sprain, basically tie your shoe tight and get back out there. Guys know their bodies, pounding the ground and throwing your helmet is not just a sprain. Where was the cart? Why did he have to walk off like a high school game?

Still can't believe it. We finally get MNF game in Jags stadium after more than a decade and then we lose our QB, our top WR, an O lineman, a safety, and possibly a LB. And we already lost our franchise LT and special teams punt returner. Heartbreaking is an understatement.

I was rooting for the jags even though I'm a lifelong pats fan but that ship has sailed! I'm hoping that Lawrence will be ok but that's football, doing great one day and then hurt the next!! They showed that with the right coach and players you can turn a team around quick!! Went from 1 and 15 to a playoff team in 2 seasons!!
The narrative coming into this season was if TUA could remain healthy. Unfortunately, he’s watched most of his counter parts go down with injuries, especially in the AFC. This is the sixth QB

The Jags could play a game against the Browns before Sunday. Joe Flacco was placed back on the Browns practice squad after the Rams game and is eligible to be signed to any other team's active roster if a deal can be reached. Players can be promoted from the practice squad on a per-game basis three different times during the season; and it appears Cleveland is aiming to do this until needing to sign Flacco to the active roster or release him. Things that make you go hmmm.......

Bengals fan here. Obviously I'm very pleased with our win last night. Maybe it helped that Trevor Lawrence exited the game with 6+ minutes to go. Of course, our guy Joe Burrow missed the entire game. Injuries happen, and unlike many of the commenters here I'm not all that sentimental about Lawrence's mishap. But the Jags' next two opponents are the Browns and the Ravens, and it would help us a lot for the Jacksonville team to win both those games. That outcome is much less likely if Lawrence is unable to play. So it cuts both ways.

The Jaguars are not my team, but i am hoping Trevor's injury isn't too serious. It could possibly be an ACL tear, or achilles tear, just based on Trevor's reaction, trying to walk and falling back down, and throwing his helmet in frustration when he took it off. If he is done for the rest of the season, it's a big blow to the Jaguars' playoffs hope, as Beathard is not a very good QB and won't be leading the team very far. Hoping Lawrence comes back stronger next season. He's got a good future in this league, and i am hoping and praying for him to have a speedy recovery. i'm also hoping and praying for him that the injury isn't career threatening, as that is a possibility every time a player goes down like that. 🙏👍

Suh stepped on Rogers ankle a few years ago, this looked a little harder of a step but I don’t think anything is broken. They pretty much have a wildcard spot at least so hopefully Lawrence will be healthy by playoff time

looks like a grade 3 sprain: it was internal rotation injury and he was able to stand on it. He'll likely be back in 4 weeks.

Always wanted to see TLaw lose after his championship pedigree in HS and College. The way he responded to the adversity & stuck with a struggling team is a MONUMENTAL display of character.
