I have a 13 month old but I already know we want to homeschool since I was pregnant and my decision is stronger by the time. I love seeing this kind of content more out there now. Thank you for your video.
Hi! Just subscribed. I am a Muslim and do not feel comfortable sending my child to traditional schools. Your video has inspired and further encouraged me to homeschool.
It's wonderful how organized you are for homeschool 5 kids! Congraats! You are doing an excellent job! I almost finish the first year of homeschool, only one of my girls, but I'm a little nervous cause next year I'll be homeschooling my other daughter too.
Thank you for posting this! I am entering the homeschool journey next year. You are inspiring confidence in me as I was dreading homeschooling my two kids for a while. The curriculums you reviewed are excellent. Where did you get the jumper/sweatshirt? So cute.
I'm so excited to be a mum ^_^ I love watching your videos, especially your routines. I hope to homeschool myself when I have bubs, so I'm taking lots of inspiration from you!
We are just starting out with homeschooling! I got all the Good and the Beautiful Curriculum. Is there a reason why you went with Horizon for math vs The Good and the Beautiful?
Thank you for the video! You're such a wonderful mama 🙂🙂 Just really loved the blue calender mat on the wall..any chance you could share a link of where you got it? Thanks again, and God bless you and yours xx
How did you know homeschool was right for your family? There’s things I like about both traditional school and homeschool and can’t decide what to do! How did you decide for your kids?
So we started out last year because of the pandemic. We actually sent them back to school originally this fall, only to realize that we missed homeschooling. There are pros and cons to each. I got to experience both and decided that for now this is best for us. I also felt a strong leading from God to pull them out and homeschool again.
New here! I loved this video thank you so much for showing your routine? How old are your children and what grade level? They all seem very intelligent you are doing amazing! Just subscribed ❤️
Aww yay! So glad it was helpful and thanks for subscribing!❤️❤️❤️ our kids are ages 8, 6 + triplets are 4. They all have bdays soon. Our oldest is in 3rd grade, Izzy is 1st and the triplets are pre-K
Hello I have a question? How do you keep records of your homeschooling? I am starting this fall and I’m so confused I have no one that can give advice! Thank you 😊
There are some good schools, and it is a blessing that there is the option of education for every child. Unfortunately many public schools in America are not that great. They teach to the lowest level students and they do not value the desire of children to be physical (running around and be outside). We are planning on homeschooling our son next year because he is a gifted child (tested by the school) and he works at a 3rd-4th grade level for majority of subjects, but is in kindergarten where they are teaching letter sounds all year. We will be giving him a more personalized education at home and give him more opportunities to be active like he wants instead of sitting at a desk for 7 hours.
Please just let her be a kid and let her play. Read lots of books to her and let her do creative play and explore the outside world. By the time she is in kindergarten she can maybe be doing an hour of school work a day at the most. I see so many new homeschool families start to teach their kids and they do way too much school work. Listen to your kids and what their interests are, how they learn and what excites them. Let your little one build hand muscle coordination for holding a pencil by playing with play dough, stringing beads, digging in the earth. Don’t let them get stuck behind a desk . Let them run and play, do their math facts on a rebounder, spell their spelling words on a glass window with a marker, and have science be creating a terrarium or a great bug collection! Have fun and do not get into a rut of worksheets and sitting behind a desk! They will learn a lot without having to use flash cards, worksheets and a desk or even calendar/circle time! 🙂
Thanks for doing the DITL! I actually like seeing how you do everything because I’m working when you’re teaching the kids!
❤️❤️❤️
Aww! ❤ How sweet. You two ARE blessed.
As a teacher, I love this video so much! I also do the Days of the Week song, the months of the year and weather every class.❤

I am impressed by you.
Curious as to why you didn't go with TGATB Math? What you didn't like about it and why you chose Horizons instead?
Wow congrats!!

Good job mama😍
Hello I have a question?
How do you keep records of your homeschooling? I am starting this fall and I’m so confused I have no one that can give advice! Thank you 😊
It depends on your state. Each state has different rules about testing and records. I have kept all their past workbooks just in case
Sing song is great!!
Are you able to link the math book you use for your triplets? Having a hard time finding it. Love your approach to home schooling!
It’s here! www.aop.com/curriculum/shop-horizons?filter=SUBJ6
Please do more DITL
Do you spend 4 hours homeschooling with the triplets? I don't spend that munch time with my 3 year old. Maybe I should be doing more?
I need to know advantages of homeschooling when there are best schools in America??

@@rachelperryman6582As a former gifted child, bless you for standing up for your kid. 🙌

@@AshbayFam they are adorable 🥰

Where do you get your blue pocket hang up for the calendar and days of the week and all that? I can’t find it :)
Everything is in my LTK! 🤗 just search “unexpected.blessings” on the LTKapp or website
