We find trying different local foods really gives us a closer connection to the places we visit. Without a word the culture can speak for itself when you taste its ingredients and cooking 🤤
Dear Nicole and Mico, we love watching your videos. We are going to India in three weeks. Were there lots of mosquitoes there? We were told to bring mosquito repellant with 50% DEET IN IT. Thank you.
This is an amazing Sri Lankan travel experience video. 👌😍. Thank you so much for coming to Sri Lanka and showing the beauty to the whole world. There are many scenic natural places in sri lanka .There are different nationalities and their culture is different from one to another. So I think you have gathered more unforgettable experiences from Sri Lanka. And I invite you to watch BMK TRAVEL RUclips channel to get different experiences about Sri Lanka.. 🤘 However, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for coming to Sri Lanka and showcasing the beauty of my motherland to the world.. ❤️❤️🌿
Those Asian water monitors are in the same family as Komodo dragons. While they are distributed all over Asia and other continents, the ones in Sri Lanka are a subspecies and are much larger.
Even though I haven't been leaving that many comments, I've been excitedly following your Sri Lanka vids! I just finished this video while enjoying my Sunday breakfast. I would never have thought Sri Lanka being on my list to travel to, but now I know I'll have to visit one day in the future! One question. I noticed that in the bubble tea place, there's Chinese name for every drink. Is there a somewhat sizeable Chinese population there? I was so surprised to see Chinese characters! Also, mango sago has been a very popular drink in Asia even pre-bubble tea invention. It was invented in Hong Kong back in the 80s. Boba's idea most likely came from tapioca sago. You'd find tapioca in many southeast Asian desserts. Mango sago in particular usually has mango, tapioca, condensed milk, coconut milk, sugar, and pomelo (sometimes substituted with grapefruits in western countries because pomelos can be expensive and hard to come by). If you ever visit Hong Kong, make sure to try some :)
@@rohanperera8009 Oh I see! Thanks for the info. From what Nicole and Mico are showing, I think Sri Lanka deserves tourists from all over the world! It looks like an amazing place that the world needs to know about; I hope that it'll get many variety of visitors who can appreciate its beauty :)
