The church you can see at 15:54 is Eton College Chapel. Construction of this chapel began in 1441 and was founded by King Henry 6th. It remains a key part of college life. I hope you enjoyed your visit to Windsor, it's one of my favourite castles.
Thank You that's the closest I'll ever get to see the Windsor Castle .. I wonder what the Gift shop room's were back in the Day .... How privileged the Royal's are .... Amazing .. thanks !
Great video! I went for the first time yesterday and absolutely loved it! You are right about the Doll House, it’s definitely worth the wait in line! The rooms there are so magnificent, every one we went into I was like woooow. I was so excited because the Queen was there as she is a permanent resident now. Also someone was walking two of her dogs right past me, I was fan-girling FOR SURE!!
Thanks for sharing your walking tour of Windsor. I have been to London many times but never to Windsor. I plan to visit it on my next trip over and very much enjoyed the preview. Again, thanks.
I used to live in Colnbrook which is just 3 miles away from the castle, and my school was in Datchet village about 2 miles away, a lot of my childhood is from visiting Windsor castle, I remember how pristine the grass was around the castle
I had no idea Leeds castle was this beautiful, I now have to go visit (not to far) and have asked my mum and sis to come along, all down to your in-depth videos. Thanks
I love Windsor castle such history have you guys been Blenheim palace yet in oxford. I went last year for an Ennio Morriconne concert and splashed out for VIP tickets of a 3 course meal in the long library in the palace cost me a small fortune but was unforgettable, shared a table with an eclectic group of people who I would never usually get to meet. Fantastic experience and a beautiful palace. Winston Churchill was born there.
Was wondering when you guys would head back to London! Hope you had a lovely holiday and I'm looking forward to any food hauls/experiences you had there 🇬🇧🇺🇸
Is Windsor Disability Enabled? I use a motorized cart to shop and explore in. I can not stand unaided or walk for more than a minute or two with a cane. If I can use my cart, I can go almost everywhere.
My girlfriend loves gift shops. I hate them as it's just full of tat (junk) sold at inflated prices. But I can see why people want to buy things to take home. I watch your book videos with my daughter. She's 6. Excellent video btw
So very interesting and detailed. Thanks so much. What time of year did you go. Everything I read the lines to get in are long. Didn’t look bad. Maybe at openin ? Going to checkout you other.
Awesome!! That is when we are going. Doing a cruise after London. You may get sick if me as I will probably bombard you with questions as I watch you videos 😁. Thank you for replying
The Chapel in Windsor Castle is called St George's chapel ... And HRH Prince Edward and HRH Sophie, the Earl and Countess of Wessex got married there in 1999.. :D
When I went to visit the dean at St George's chapel in 1977, he showed me an old table in the hall. He mentioned that on that table King Charles the First had his head sown back on before he was buried.
Tami, is it difficult to choose between the souvenirs you like/want & what you actually end up getting ? There must be lots of things you like but don't end up getting. Did you notice there always seems lots of building work going on & scaffolding, all over England. It's the same up here, too. Seems from my point of view, you (anyone) never seem to get to appreciate a place properly, cause it's always half covered in scaffolding.
I felt that we missed out on the outside beauty of Canterbury Cathedral because it was covered. It does seem like the work will never end. The souvenirs that I buy for myself are very limited. This time, I chose books even though I loved some mini figures that I saw in Leeds Castle gift shop. They were very expensive though. I am cheap, so I will choose a $5 book over a $20 figurine.
Hi Folks. This is just breath taking and also my favorite of your trip so far. Wow, that place is huge. Lots of walking. I'm sure it was worth the wait. Too bad they don't allow filming inside. It's just stunningly beautiful. The gift shops are beautiful too. So much to choose from. Are the prices pretty reasonable? Beautiful souvenirs. I would go broke in there buying one of everything! (well not everything)!! LOL. How long were you there at Windsor castle? Tfs and I appreciate you filming this for us. XOXO :)
Thanks for posting Windsor Castle is one of my favorite places. I didn't get to see the chapel when I visited because it was Sunday and they had service for the queen. Did you know the Order of the Garter (queens guard) get to live at Windsor castle. They have there own area on the grounds with apartments. You walked right by the apartments. There were cars in front. It is the most prestigious honor of the military and there can only be a few at a time.
If you come back to the UK please visit Chatsworth House. President Kennedy's sister Kathleen is buried there, she married the next in line to the Dukedom but he died in the 2nd World War soon after, she died in a plane crash in the 50's
Great video but I think that the music spoilt it so we had to watch it on silent. Lovely place to visit, shame about all the extremely overpriced souvenirs
I am not a Royalist, though have respect for the Queen, a venerable old lady. the rest just hang on her skirt tails. now Prince Harry ? a very troubled selfish man
Great video of this place. I'm glad they let you in to explore the grounds and everything!

What a beautiful day you had! I was brought up about 20 miles from Windsor-Camberley-Sandhurst.
I wish we were there now!
My favourite thing I did when I was in england. Windsor is such a beautiful town I could live there.........
To think all the great Queens & Kings walked and lived there is so amazing !!! I love Elizabeth of York Katherine of Aragon and Elizabeth Woodville
I agree!
Thank You that's the closest I'll ever get to see the Windsor Castle ..

I would have been too!
Another great video and a location I love walking around. So much history in just one building. Congrats on reaching 23k subs btw :D
Thank you, Richard! :)
Di Will reads lot of the history of Windsor before I’ll visit. Thanks for showing!
ENJOYED THIS VLOG SO MUCH..WILL WATCH IT SEVERAL TIMES I KNOW. THANK SO MUCH FOR SHARING. IT IS AN AWESOME PLACE.
You did a very good job with the camera work. Slow, level and steady. Good job, thanks.
I really appreciate that!
Never been to Windsor but would like to one day .Its smart and beautiful everywhere.
Hi guys.
Thanks for the video. As where visiting the castle in August 2018. It’s given us a great insight to what we’re going to see.
Cheers
Beautiful Castle, lots of tourists💂🏼♀️🇬🇧
Yes, it is very popular.

The grass IS perfect, you are right! I was SO impressed with the grass at Leeds Castle as well.

Wow.. great efforts..... Thanks a lot for sharing the video......Super presentation....
Thank you!
Some beautiful wares in that store.
Thanks for sharing. I enjoyed watching your video. One day I'll get there.
Solid castle built from solid rocks for a true majestic facade that will last till the end of time, insyaAllah.
My fear is that it one day becomes a masjid. May God forbid!
I will have to budget for the gift shops. Oh my gosh I love that you film them
I don't buy a lot, but I love to look. I always try to think of how I will get everything home.
Awesome 👍😁
Thanks 😁
Ahhh I love that they have the Peppa Pig Meets The Queen book in the gift shop, hahaha. And I love the postcard collection ;)
I bought that one ;)
Indeed you did ;)
Very well preserved and very well looked after.MasyaAllah

Yes! We visited Blenheim Palace! It is coming up in the videos ;)
That is a very beautiful castle.
I wish we could have shown more in the video.

There will be a few hauls to come :)
Really nice video, Tyfs :o)

We believe the best time of year to go is the last week in May.
Awesome!! That is when we are going. Doing a cruise after London. You may get sick if me as I will probably bombard you with questions as I watch you videos 😁. Thank you for replying
beautiful castle
It was a great day to visit. The weather was perfect.
Beautiful tour. I was in Windsor in November 2012, but couldn't do the tours. Too much walking.
Thank you :)
Thank you.

Windsor my home town. Where I went to school.
You are so fortunate!
@@TamiDunn I still live there!
Great video you guys walked your little legs off .

We spent 1/2 day at the castle. The gifts in the shop were very reasonably priced. It was a beautiful castle.

I think it would be a great honor to work in the castle.
Do you have acompany. Organize tours. To out side london.. siam like this.
the Church at 15:54 is Eton Collage.
You were at Windsor Castle on May 25th? We just happened to also be there on the exact same day on vacation! It's a shame we didn't run into you.
That would have been so nice!
stupendo, ma è possibile visitare il suo interno? e il costo di ingresso?
You can tour inside, but there is no filming allowed.
If you come back to the UK please visit Chatsworth House. President Kennedy's sister Kathleen is buried there, she married the next in line to the Dukedom but he died in the 2nd World War soon after, she died in a plane crash in the 50's
Oh wow! I just looked at pictures and it is stunning!
How much was it for the tour?

Great video but I think that the music spoilt it so we had to watch it on silent. Lovely place to visit, shame about all the extremely overpriced souvenirs
15:39 St. George's Chapel
When you take one of thoes speakers with the headphpnes there are two people speaking and one of them sounds like tracer from overwatch
Thanks for watching!
Your video is great. I see lots of vids but don’t agree with the background music. It’s annoying. You filmed a good.
Not a church but Eton college.
Thank you!
Six pounds for a small tin of biscuits? That's ridiculous.
Muy lindo video pero no mueva la camara de esa forma porque es imposible verlo, marea
Thanks for watching!
Music is aweful
Thanks for watching, Sandra!
i LOVED THE MUSIC
Really?
@@shannonlebrato8780 YesI did
The music makes me think you're visiting a daycare, or petting zoo instead of Windsor castle. Music doesn't match the subject.
Have pig baus take me arond.
The music really is awful ! Thank God for the mute button.
Absolutely! That's what it's there for :) Thanks for watching!
I am not a Royalist, though have respect for the Queen, a venerable old lady. the rest just hang on her skirt tails. now Prince Harry ? a very troubled selfish man
Agreed!
Great video you guys walked your little legs off .
