- Explore a unique watercolor technique with me as I demonstrate how to paint realistic stones using a simple plastic wrap hack! In this tutorial, I begin by wetting the paper and blending burnt sienna and ultramarine blue for the base. With the addition of plastic wrap, the result is a mesmerizing texture that adds depth to the stones. Watch as I unveil the process, removing the plastic wrap once the base is dry and refining the stone shapes. Discover how to add intricate details and shadows to bring these stones to life in your watercolor paintings!

Very beautiful texture comes out. Rocks look lively - like close capture of a sea side visitor.
Thank you so much! 😊

Cual es el nombre de la canción? 😅
What is the name of the song?
I'm so sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the song. I posted this video a long time ago.
Did you use hot press or cold press paper?
Cold pressed
Interesting but confusing.
After the first wet on wet wash you used a transparent sheet to create waves. Then you used the blower to dry. Next you started making borders for the rocks.
My confusion is at what stage you removed the transparent sheet. The video is unclear and many of us started colouring on top of the transparent sheet.
Pl clarify for the benefit of all.
Thank you! You have to remove the transparent sheet once your wash gets dry (as I have mentioned in the caption) and then ok then dry wash you can start painting the stones ☺️🖌️🎨
Though I will try to make it more clear going forward. Thank you for your valuable feedback 🙂
