If you're currently covered in a large employer health plan at an employer with 20+ employees...and the coverage is based on your CURRENT employment (or your spouse's current employment)...then you don't have to enroll in Part B. You can add that later without penalty. You can enroll in Part A only right now if you want, but be aware that will make you ineligible to contribute to an HSA.
