- If you want to check out a guide I made for this deck it should be in the pinned comment or at the bottom of the description.
I reached WCS DL LVL MAX with this deck, with 29 wins and 11 losses, which is a 72.5% winrate. I only bricked and got drolled once, and I also lost connection once. Anyway this video is showcasing some replays I wanted to share from this ev. My next video will be part 2 of this video or a Master 1 video, so stay tuned. If you have any questions, feel free to leave a comment. Thanks for watching!

⚙ Synchro Dark World⁉ ⚙
This guide covers this deck and its core strategy of *Danger* *Dark* *World* . For convenience, the combos are at the top; however, for a better understanding, please read the entire guide. If you have any questions, feel free to leave a comment!
Almost the entire deck is gas, with dangers as the main engine. Use the *Dangers* as your main tool to draw and discard cards, then build advantage on board and in hand. The *Dangers* have unique effects when discarded, so be sure to learn them!
🔥 Combos (If you have *Dark* *Corridor* , you can use it to make your own combos or initiate these one) 🔥:
*Genta* + *Reign-Beaux* : Use *Genta* - Use *Gates* on *Reign-Beaux* - Activate *Reign-Beaux* to search *Grapha* - Chain *Genta* - Bounce *Genta* with *Reign-Beaux* - Use *Genta* - Use *Gates* on *Grapha* - Bounce *Reign-Beaux* with *Grapha* .
☝ *Result* : Draw 2, *Reign-Beaux* in hand, *Grapha* on the field. ☝
*Genta* + *Reign-Beaux* + *Snoww* : Use *Genta* - Use *Gates* on *Snoww* - Activate *Snoww* to search *Archives* - Chain *Genta*- Activate *Archives* 1st effect to discard *Reign-Beaux* - Activate *Archives* 2nd effect - Chain *Reign-Beaux* to search *Grapha* , then discard it on resolution - Bounce *Genta* with *Reign-Beaux* and *Reign-Beaux* with *Grapha* .
☝ *Result* : Draw 3, *Reign-Beaux* and *Genta* in hand, *Grapha* and *Archives* on the field. ☝
⚡ Gameplan ⚡:
- *Danger* discard effects and drawing cards are random, so get the ball rolling and draw cards ASAP to help you play through interruptions and stop the *Dangers* from hitting themselves.
- Get *Goldd* , *Lucent* , *Grapha* , and *Reign-Beaux* into rotation, then continuously summon and use their effects; this helps stop *Dangers* from hitting themselves while giving you lots of monsters on the field to use as material.
- Gather enough cards in hand and on the field to build your desired board. It can be pretty much any combination of your extra deck monsters. Be careful though, as building a stronger board may leave you vulnerable to interruption and the timer! Going second, draw as many cards as possible and gather resources to overwhelm the opponent.
❄ Key cards - Starters and Searchers ❄:
- *Snoww* , *Genta* , and *Reign-Beaux* search cards and start your plays. *Snoww* searches everything, *Genta* searches the field spell ( *Gates* *of* *the* *Dark* *World* ), and *Reign Beaux* searches high level *DW* monsters. Continuously discard them to gather resources.
- *Dark* *Corridor* is a spell starter that searches any *DW* monster then discards a card (you are forced to discard). Searching *Snoww* or *Reign-Beaux* is usually best. Note that *Dark* *Corridor* isn't a *"Dark World"* card; thus, it cannot be searched by *Snoww* and is limited to once per turn. Bait Ash Blossom with *Genta* or use negates to help resolve *Dark* *Corridor* .
- *Genta* is a starter that discards itself to search the field spell ( *Gates* ), which can then banish *Genta* or any fiend as cost to discard a fiend to draw a card. *Genta* can then summon itself back once banished (as long as *Gates* or any *DW* card is on the field). Use *Gates* to gain advantage by discarding key *DW* cards while also drawing a card. Bounce *Genta* to hand with *Reign-Beaux* or *Grapha* to use him again!
💧 Resources/strategy overview 💧:
- Discarding *Reign-Beaux* will allow you to search for level 5 or higher *DW* monsters ( *Goldd* , *Lucent* , and *Grapha* ). After being discarded, *Goldd* and *Lucent* will summon, and *Grapha* target destroys a card. I use *Goldd* and *Lucent* because they have different names and separate unique 2nd effects, but they are interchangeable. Summoning them with *Reign-Beaux* and *Grapha* in the grave is the end goal.
- *Reign-Beaux* and *Grapha* loop your resources by special summoning from the graveyard by returning a *DW* monster to the hand. *Grapha* can bounce any *DW* monster except itself, while *Reign-Beaux* is the same but cannot bounce *Grapha* . Bounce *Goldd* and *Lucent* to get your big level 8 beaters on the field, then use them as material or to attack over strong monsters like *Apollousa* .
- *Dark* *World* *Archives* is a continuous spell that can draw and discard 2 cards. Use it to build momentum and draw cards on your opponent's turn as well as your own. It's 1st effect can discard a *DW* monster if you have 1 on the field, which will trigger it's 2nd effect that discard a card to draw 2, which will activate once a *DW* card discards a fiend. You can search this card with *Snoww* and chain block it with *Reign-Beaux* and *Genta*.
- *Allure* *of* *Darkness* and *Card* *destruction* are great for consistency and gaining advantage. You can use *Allure* to banish extra copies of *Genta* or *Dangers* , or bait Ash Blossom for your other cards. *Card* *Destruction* is insane, but very risky, as it can add or remove your opponent's handtraps/boardbreakers or worse if they play tearlament. I mostly use it after I've got a negate, or if I'm going 2nd, where it is very much worth using it early. Also make sure to use it when you get Maxx c'd to help deck out your opponent. It doesn't need to deck them out immediately; if you can keep summoning, you can use it.
🌪 Tech 🌪:
- *Genex* *Ally* *Birdman* is what makes this deck unique. Being able to return monsters to the hand to summon itself opens up new plays by letting you reuse monsters and synchro summon into stong cards. Unlike *Reign-Beaux* and *Grapha* , *Birdman* and *Zephyros* special summon with an effect and can be negated or chained to upon activation.
- *Blackwing* - *Zephyros* *the* *Elite* is a level 4 monster that can special summon itself from the grave by returning one of your cards on the field to hand. It returns a card for cost, so if negated, it just won't summon. *Gates* is usually the best target. You can access *Zephyros* with *Boreastorm* or *Curious* , *the* *Lightsworn* *Dominion* , and if you search *Zephyros* using *Boreastorm* , you can easily make *Number* *60* : *Dugares* *the* *Timeless* .
☢ Extra Deck ☢:
The main boss is the *Grapha* fusion; *Clorless* is optional. The *Grapha* fusion triggers your DW monster's hidden effects, so make sure you know what those do. The rest of the extra deck is pretty flexible; just use whatever works for your build. Some noteable inclusions in this deck: *The* *Zombie* *Vampire* , *Curious* *the* *Lightsworn* *Dominion* , and *Boreastorm* - *The* *Wicked* *Wind* . They are very useful for sending cards like *Fairy* *Tail* *Snow* , *Zephyros* , and *Dark* *World* *Accession* . If you want to OTK more easily, use cards like *Accesscode* *Talker* or *Worldsea* *Dragon* *Zealantis* . You could probably swap them with *Dharc* , *Underworld* *Goddess* , *Armor* *Torpedo* or *Clorless* .
That's all for the guide; let me know if you think I missed anything, and thanks for reading if you read this far!
I would like a pure version with only the necessary cards, what can you think of? (I have just bought 3 structures 😂)
@@OFFDavidSpring I've been using a pure Danger Dark World build this season and I'll be uploading a video on it soon 👍
@@HFS.774 and what would you change for tcg format? Or is the same list?
@@OFFDavidSpring I don't play tcg but it would be different because that format has Silva hand loop
@@HFS.774 how is the silva loop exactly?
You are the best Darkworld player I have ever seen. As long as I live, you will have a fan
@@lunaluna6835 Thank you but I'm not sure if I'm the best yet 😅
@HFS.774 miles better then me!
@@PlanesWalker097 Well I hope my videos can help u improve 👍
Thx a lot, big Dark World FAN :)
I was waiting for u to play this version!
Yeah I saw it being used by some other players so I thought I'd give it a try and its really good
which version of the deck is better this one or the level 8 shenanigans?
@@lolekbolek7655 this one for sure, I need to improve the level 8 one now that I've played this
What's the purpose of making Knightmare Gryphon if your end board has monsters with up-arrows like Apollousa in the EMZ? Doesn't that basically turn it off?
I make apollousa to deal with hand traps and it makes up for the 1 open zone by having multiple negates. Also making large link monsters lets me make space on the board
@@HFS.774 Yeah, I wasn't saying Apollousa was a bad pick, just wondering why you were making Gryphon instead of other links if you already had Apollousa pointing up. Thanks for the explanation.
@@HazmatSam Gryphon is a nice floodgate but also it can set Accession if it can't be added back to hand
I'm plat right now and max lvl wcs. With the other video made 2 weeks ago.
@@joni007jv Nice 👍
@@HFS.774 Trying the new one and it's op af
Sometimes Danger monsters She constantly chooses herself. Do you have a solution?
@@Stu-Kaiba_orp. Add 2-3 Broww and use 12-13 Dangers. I'm using 13 dangers with 2 Broww, and 2 allure of darkness and its working for me. You can cut 1 Birdman, Genta or allure of darkness to make space and try to get to 40 cards. See what works for you
