@@kryten719 no they ditched the pc version in 2019 to work on the shitty console version..just look how a full park runs on a high end system and than imagine how that runs on the consoles...ps4 will catch on fire
@@johnyseimah229 I have a *very* good pc and run it on Max graphics and the game runs around 60fps but on console it would be a disaster. They would struggle to even get 60fps even on lower settings. Also, on console they have a part limit which would be annoying.
This singlehandedly has changed the way I build structures. You've made it so easy 😭😭 THANK YOU. Building in this game is so confusing to me for no reason
Just wanted to thank you for this series. I've wanted to get into the game but everyone has these super crazy parks with details. But they play with no money on sandbox and I like the challenge of working in a budget. I just began to not think it was possible in this game, like in RCT 1 and 2. This series is inspiring me to give Planet Coaster a try, since you are making cool looking elements while being in the budget!
I had no idea this game existed until around a week ago, and haven't played a park sim since RCT3. I'm going to go through and replicate this park from step to step, I really appreciate you showing the building process. Excellent work, man!
i'm so glad i found this to start watching. i got back into Planet Coaster recently and i'm rly trying to get the mechanics down and expand my creativity in the game. your stuff here is pretty and seemingly simple but there are tons of little details. i wanna do something like this just to rly get a feel on advanced stuff so thank you! this is like a tutorial for me too. excited to see the rest of the series
I just bought the game for $2.24 on a Steam sale and I've spent about 20 hours building my first challenge park, but your quick little park is already so much nicer than mine! I learned a lot from this one video and now I need to overhaul my entire park, LOL!!! 😂😂
I just started watching this series and started building my park. I always found very challenging with limited money but this whole series has made it very easy to manage money.
I know I'm a little late to the party but love the video. I enjoy that it's not double speed and you're taking your time. Excited to see this park grow. Subbed.
I definitely do not regret looking at this video before going to sleep after a long day at school! Recently, I've been getting back the desire to go back to play Planet Coaster after almost 3 years of not playing it and oh my god- so many things have changed since then!! There are so many new rides and it seems A LOT easier to build now, which is something really great cause I mainly stopped playing this game cause I had a hard time with building, but now it seems a lot more clear to me and your video inspired me a lot! I might go give another chance to this game tomorrow ahah
THIS IS AWESOME!! believe it or not I JUST found out about planet coaster 🤦🏻♀️🤣 but I play on the PS4 so it's actually harder to navigate through 😔. You make it seem soooooo easy. I will be going back and forth to this video, and many of your other videos, to learn more and some ideas. Thanks for sharing for and with us newbies 🤗

this looks like it’ll be a fun series! love the layout of your park, you’re great at decorating and paying attention to detail. Definitely gets me inspired to play more planco, i look forward to the next episode!!
Even your simple buildings look way better than mine. I just cant seem to get the hang of making a filled in area with buildings, especially with the modern style.
it’s not easy man i can’t do it either but, just gotta build to your limits and it will always end up looking realistic enough if you are even a little competent…also Oak Trees are your best friend they fill areas in so nicely
Only change I'd make, if I was going for realism, would be to not have the aerial ride going over a pathway. That's the kind of ride people could get sick on (in real life at least), and I wouldn't want people throwing up on guests below.
@@JLWGames Ok, thanks. I'm not much of a creator, but I like managing stuff, so maybe this game is good, but right now OpenRCT2 looks better to me. Side note: Toilet stalls CAN have windows, and usually do, they're just always high up. Cheap way of making ventilation and light, without sacrificing intimacy.
The only issue I had with this tutorial which was fantastic by the way was how you were making the paths the way you were. For example, when you had that slant going towards the bathroom while keeping your gridding area intact. /(34:37). Truly couldn’t figure out how to do it.
I need some help making a good park It’s just so hard to make good looking buildings. The hardest part for me is trying to make the plaza I use the grid but I don’t know if I can make it look good. By the way I think your park looks so good the buildings and the detail on it is so good. Although I have learned to have patients and it helped a little bit
@@JLWGames thanks I’ll look again but I sure couldn’t find it under fences. Is it base game? EDIT: I do see now on the tags in your video that it says its from the Studio pack so that's why I don't have that.
was looking to see what mode you are playing on, since i watched EP 2 before 1 lol, and medium diff will be nonexistent once you get a few rides like that coaster in ep2, money will just come in , you should of done harder mode, since then the people don't just fill up the queues on the rides all the time regardless what you place down, but looking forward to seeing the park build
very true. The main thing is it's hard to get a park started with only a couple thousand dollars and I wanted to have at least a decent sized park to start of with. I'm going to try and spend lot's of the money I gain as I want to start adding more and more detail to the park. Maybe I'll start another one day on a harder difficulty.
There is such a drought of planet coaster content right now, this series is just what I needed keep it up!
Is it still being updated?

If it’s on hard yes but medium is way to easy 😂

Your challenge mode park looks better than my sandbox mode park
I think I need to look away from RTC and look to Planet Coaster after this. It's not 1999 any more!
It is almost as if you have a first-hand understanding of how a real park works. giggles
Ok, noob question: do you have to build everything yourself in this game? are there no pre-built stalls/rides or access to a community creations page?
there are pre-built stuff you can use. there are thousands of stuff on the steam workshop including stalls, buildings, coasters, and flat rides.
