If I'm making something that requires bacon pieces, I'll cut the bacon up before I cook it in a cast iron skillet. This way all the pieces will be crispy.

I don't think this is a typical meal for her as she always preaches indulging in moderation and she works out daily. If you follow her Instagram stories you will see she WORKS for that body 😊 I just wish I had her will power for moderation lol 🤣

It's pretty simple and obvious- she practices portion control and eats a sensible diet in her everyday life, and then allows herself some treats on the weekend. She just tries to be balanced and not go overboard. She also works out almost everyday and is on her feet constantly, so she burns a lot of cals. But HOW exactly does she have the willpower to stop herself from overeating when she is surrounded by amazing food? I can't answer that! LOL!!! She has mentioned that she's just very motivated to look and feel her best, which is why she tries to make good choices as much as possible.
