As someone who can afford to buy but prefers not to and whose family is from a long lineage of doing so for centuries, I would say yachts, jewelry, art and homes is still pretty pleb. It is really about EMPIRE building for generations to come not so much material things only if they will last a lifetime or 2 and are investments. We want money to last generations, build memories and like I said Empires. I agree Louis Vuitton is pleb, so is Chanel now. If any thing we want to blend in.

Dior has the absolute WORST customer service in the States. I stopped purchasing their bags etc. due to the utter underwhelming service.
