I'm a guy this really works I did it for 6 months EVERYNIGHT. I have a full head of hair "thick hair" like when I was in college. Im getting ready to dread my hair. Thank you for this video.
I'm so glad you told me about the first time you did your hair with onion because I was planning on doing the same thing. I'm so glad I didn't make that mistake. thank. JESUS for you!
I love onion for the hair, it makes the hair super soft, and grows the hair faster, and cleans the scalp. But when I go to the gym and start sweating I can smell the onion, its kind of embarrassing, but onion is great for the hair.
lol that happened to me too; as soon as I worked out (two days later) I smelled like onions all over again haha! But if it's good for the hair... I'm willing to smell a bit :)
One hint for the tea towel, get it wet first and ring it out really well, so your towel doesn't absorb so much of your onion juice mixture. Also, I have heard that putting in a few drops of mint essential oil will help with the odor. Thanks for sharing!
Great Video Mama, (Just a friendly Tip)...If you still do this..Use Red Onions, Instead of white.. Not Only do the smell Lingers more in white...But you get less of a smell, & WAAAY more Benefits in the Red Onions than white:)))...I Use Red to this day, I got it from my Grandma, (Whos Indian)..& Her Hair is to her Ankles(NO LIE) Lol..but she told me always use RedOnions because of its benefits... Well Tfs Mama, & I'm a New Subbie HUGS
True my granny was Indian....I've told people to do it this way..Slice a onion (organic if possible) in 4 pieces and boil it.Use a red onion but any onion will work, add raw honey to mask the odor, massage the juice on your scalp for 3-5 minutes then put a plastic cap on for 30-45 minutes and rinse or use a cleanser.I have never tried this with the honey added and I would actually skip the hair cleanser when using the honey and just rinse with warm water, but it's your choice.Onions contain sulfur (not sulfate) and biotin which helps your hair grow
How do u mask the onion smell? I want to do the onion remedy by squeezing the onion juice out and mixing it with essential oils and a carrier oil but what about the smell?
I found that adding some lemon juice or some lavender essential oil keeps the onion smell at bay! I also add honey instead of oil because honey seems to moisturize my scalp. It comes out pretty easily.
What I do is chop up onions and garlic and stir it in coconut oil on heated pan once they brown I strain the oil. Once cool apply to my hair as a prepoo or add the onion/garlic oil mixture with my moisturizing conditioner and add anything else I like to mix such as alma powder, henna, etc. Leave on No more than 20-30 minutes rinse and wash/cowash and deep condition. I honestly saw rapid hair growth.
"DON'T DO IT!!! you will smell like an onion for the longest time.." that accent just makes it sound soooo freaking hilarious... i love the hell out of your accent...

My God you look so cute, you talk so cute, you laugh so cute .... haha cute video.. But my dear I have question and I hope you'll reply. I am using onion and garlic mixture juice for two weeks now. But still my hair is falling badly. What should i do?😭😭 It may happened that here water is very ironic this is why my hair is falling... And m not saying that i will stop using, coz i know that sometimes we have to be patient. But my cute kind lady pls tell me would it control my hair fall, bcz the water i drink and take bath with is very ironic 😭😭😭 I want long thick hair 😭😭😭😭
In watching and trying this, I decided to add a part to it, and it worked wonders. I cut 1 onion, boiled it in 2 oz of water, pulled into bullet with lemon juice. After blending my mixture, I applied all to my hair, left in for 3 hours, washed once with no onion pulp. Believe me, it works either way, oh, and the onion smell is not a problem, I’m quarantine, so I don’t be around anyone. Sooooo, don’t be afraid to try. I speak nothing but the truth.
Why am I not seeing any mention of this stuff burning your eyes like crazy for a few minutes. I just put it in and for the first two minutes my eyes were running like rivers.
That's true, i was a victim of the same mistake of applying both the juice and paste. It was horrible!!... I was smelling like onions. The second time I use a seive to separate the onion mixture, used shampoo, and leave my conditioner in for 15mins. It was a lot better, but the little onion smell will still be hanging around. But is worth it, have got a beautiful heathy hair.
You have the hair that we pray for. Your hair is gorgeous. What I recommend and works well for me, is saturating my entire hair and scalp with the juice. Not just focusing on the scalp but the entire hair shaft.

I use onion juice as well but I put garlic in blend and add cayenne once I get all the juice. I also add essential oils (eucalyptus, tea tree and lavender) I let it sit with a cap for an hour or so then cleanse and deep condish. Since adding the essential oils I have no real issues with the smell. Thx for the tip on using olive oil. Im gonna try that next week.
Hhahaha! she kills me!! she is right tho! KEEP YOUR WINDOWS W I D E OPEN or people are gonna look at you like you dont shower. My neighbor came to me and was like Neighbour: something smells good, what is that?? Me: My hair!!
guys another tip... DO NOT and i mean ABSOLUTELY DO NOT MIX GARLIC AND ONION TOGETHER!!!!! You will not know pain until you mix that hazardous shit together..
Thanks for the video. I agree, using the onion paste is too much of a hassle. I used the paste and onion oil for 6 days last week and it didn't rid my grey, but my hair had very little shedding. I'll do this once a week.

babe thanks so much for the heads up i swear i was just going to blend the onions and put it in my hair with the pulp.. saw your video minutes before i blended the onion.. now that thing about smelling like stew so through i had my overnight and girl it was the most difficult thing ever and i HATE onions. however i thought this tip might help with the smell after u wash the onion out. so after washing with coconut oil shampoo, i mix apple cider vinegar with water and poured it on my hair then wrapped it in a plastic bag for about 10 mins, rinsed it out, then conditioned my hair for about 10-15mins with coconut oil conditioner, rinsed it out, added some rose water to a bowl of water and gave my hair a final rinse. afterwards i moisturised as usual and let it air dry and i didn't have any post onion smell (i didn't smell it and no one said i smelled like onions so that was a relief). so u could try it next time and let me know if it helps.

The best way to get the juice is to grate the onion and hand squeeze out the juice from thr grated onion into a glass. Plenty of juice will come out and you won't need any water.
Onion juice blended with olive oil/grape seed oil works best! But I still prefer to use coconut oil or lemon juice water rinse or apple cider vinegar water rinse.. less stinky. lol
Thank you for the great video :) Just a suggestion instead of using shampoo, which isn't really good for hair, try to rinse as thoroughly as possible with warm water, then rinse with a mixture of vinegar and water (white or apple cider vinegar) then rinse that out with cold water.
I wish I could have watched your video before my horrific experience. I blended the onions then I squeezed the onion juice on my scalp leaving the pulp first and it felt like liquid fire on my scalp. I tolerated it cause I'm looking to get waist length hair. I had the bright idea of putting the pulp into my favorite conditioner to calm the onion smell. It really felt smooth and good when I put it on. It was alright until wash time. It looked exactly like yours in the front part of your video. When I saw you I rofl. So you are straight up with your experience. Thanks for the video.
It works but you have to do it in a really well ventilated area or do it outside. Strain the juice with a fine mesh. Leave it for at least 30min massaging your scalp every now and then and then wash with Lukewarm water. You can add peppermint to eliminate the smell the best you can, not completely but most of the smell won't be there. Use a spray bottle to evenly spread throughout your hair. I only do it once every 2weeks. Use a TINY amount of dish soap wash your hair it helps with the smell..
Well, I blend the onion with rosemary tea, a bit of apple vinegar and, most important, 5 drops of lavender or peppermint essential oil. Use it only on the scalp, wait 2 hours and wash as usually. The smell is almost unnoticeable. After a few days of use my hair got really dry and no positive results, so just stopped.:(
Just to let you know, I've been using onion and garlic juice on my scalp since 7th Dec. I was a norwood 3 receding . Now I am having total hair regrowth. It feels like there is a beard growing under my thin hair. It's all thanks to the onion and garlic. Also, I've been massaging by pincing the skin daily to stimulate circulation. good luck
The smell --- OMG! THE SMELL! A day later I'm running, and starting to sweat and my head starts SMELLING!!! Lol! So, yes -- DON'T use the pulp, just use the juice only. Great Advice!!!
I use onion juice differently. My way doesn't really leave a strong smell and you can use how much you want and leave it on as long as I need. Peel and Chop and onion, throw it into a pot and one or two cups of water and boil. Filter and apply how Layefa did in the video. Rise out or keep on
I also tried the "shortcut" method and I had the same results as you did the first time. I had a terrible time getting the onion pulp out of my hair. I mixed mine with coconut oil and it works well. The smell is really really bad , I have been using this mixture for about 3 weeks and I do think it is helping some. I am 53 and am trying to regrow my thinning hair.
Girl I am so glad you told me. if I had done it as I am planning this evening my daughter and husband would gave left me . sorry your first attempt failed but it was a good result for me👍
I tried this. I strained the juice and added clean oil. I saturated my hair, covered it for a couple of hours and washed and conditioned my hair. Yes it is very pungent. Good luck with your journey.👍🏾
Hi, I read somewhere that to remove the onion smell after the wash, just wash your hair with a bit of lemon in the water. I havent tried it myself yet though
Thanks fot the advie! I am gonna try adding olive oil to the onion juice the netxt time. I have found that with my straight and short hair getting the onion bits out is not very hard. Also I have problems with dandruff and eczema and I found it is what helps the best for my itchy scalp.
I've never seen a person talking openly. The way you are talking is so natural. Apart from the medicinal quality onion stinks. even for three days my hair was stinking and I had a feeling of carrying a bunch of onions on my head. I was searching how to remove the onion smell and accidently saw your video. Anyway its a blessing I guess. because of the sell I stopped using onions. shall I ask u a doubt? will it be good to use onion and almond oil together in order to reduce the smell as I don't have olive oil in my cupboard. I've heard almond oil is anyway good for hair, just wanted to know whether mixing it with onion juice will mess up the situation or reduces the smell.
The first and only time that I did it the same thing happened To me!! I blended the onion and mixed it with cinnamon, pulp and all!! And I put it straight To my roots!! washed my hair with hot water because it was winter. And the smell was REALLYYY strong and I did this on a sunday and had To go To college on monday. So the funny part is, I thought that I had taken out all of the pulp out of my hair but it turned out that every time that I'd move my head alot of pulp would fall from my hair and I happened To be wearing a black turtle neck. And let's not talk about the smell!! my class mates would be sniffing around trying to find where that smell was coming from...and I was sniffing with them 'cause I wasn't about to blow my cover!! lool I was smelly with pulp falling from my hair for almost a month. But a friend told me that apparently to get over the smell you should wash your hair with a mix of shampoo and lemon juice.
I did this and it worked. A much easier approach is just to chop the onions and add it to your shampoo. Did this years ago to get my hair super long, which it did and starting it again today.
I did it last year and I was smelling like onion for a week... I must have wash my hair about 15times for that week lol..... it was the worst... my friend kept laughing at me because I couldn't do my Job well ...I couldn't be next to the customers without smelling like Onion... but it did grew my hair... but I think I'm gonna try it with the olive oil and see... thanks for this video.
Take are to minimize the onion water on length of hair, it drying effect. Add/use rose petals (garden organic, not florist) to fragrance the onion oil Do massage to stimulate blood to scalp, be gentle This treatment great for dandruff too.
Just as a heads up, I watched a video by an Indian lady on youtube, and she says you should use red onions rather than white onions for hair and scalp, possibly because they have a higher concentration of sulphur? Not sure on why...
Also, you're a little out of focus when you're sitting talking to us, it's not distracting, but check the focus of your camera when you shoot in future, or try the autofocus function...
You also can put the onion juice in your shampoo or conditioner with essential oil .Or you can use it as an scalp treatment, either way it wont smell when you go out, especially with a good smelling essential oil.
Should have saw this first i almost fell on my bathroon floor when i saw bits of onion stuck in my hair after washing it 2 times 😂 i still smell onions in my bathroom when i take a shower
Aw man, I seriously wish I saw this video this morning. I tried the onion juice, but didn't strain the pulp because I have a powerful blender and made a fine puree... DON'T DO IT! YES, the blender chopped the onion very fine, and I even mixed it with conditioner, but sure enough the pulp cling to my hair... It's fine but it's still there and it looks like really bad dandruff! If this happens to you, try using a combed blow-dryer and alternate between hot and cold on the highest fan setting. It drys and blows out the flakes. So remember, use onion JUICE, not onion PUREE!
I just boiled the onion and put it in my shampoo so it doesn’t smell my aunt told me it has been working and I tried it and it doesn’t smell at all lol
my queen for the smell of onion all u need is to put some water on a bucket and add lemon juice and rinse ur hair with it, when is done the smell would be gone ;)
AB DUL yes they can. i used to have a bald spot on the back of my head. I managed to cure it using red onion juice. You need a few months time to see results though. It's worth the wait!
Fouzia Akhwand I use it every night before I go to bed. I leave it overnight and wash my hair in the morning. You can let your husband wear a shower cap or leave a towel on your pillow if you're afraid of the mess but usually the juice will dry out and won't cause any mess.
I have a story to tell, never again will I ever, ever use onion on my hair again! First of all it didn't work. ( for me) My friend gave me a concoction/recipe that worked for her hair loss, said her hair did come back fuller etc. (which it did) I tried the recipe a few times, I got . nothing. I juiced a red onion ( in recipe) I put it on my scalp for an hour, this was back in April this year. Why I will never do this again, my hair smells like onions to this day! It's not so bad now or I'm getting use to it either one. When I sweat from working out you could really smell it. I have tried everything to get this smell out, lemons,Apple Cider Vinegar. Different shampoos etc. My pillow smells like onion. Don't Do This!!!!
Trust me I did the onion juice hair treatment but no one warned me about how bad it would smell for the next three days. Do this when your off work. I find if you use onion juice then followed by a Greek yogurt, fenugreek, and olive oil hair treatment. It helps to mask the onion smell. You can also use olive oil and honey as another hair treatment. Give it a try. Also your suppose to use red onions opposed to the standard white onions. Also DO NOT use HOT water to rinse your hair. Use cool water temps. Go as cold as you can tolerate. But never use hot water on your hair and body.
thank for your post. I have been wanting to try this! So when you used the oil with the onion did it really mask the smell once you washed? I was thinking of a parsley rinse after wards ... gets rid of the smell of onions and it's also probably good for hair.
Hello Thank you for this video. I do have some Questions and they’re as follows:-1. Can I make a lot of onion Juice, put it in the Applicator and then store it in the Refrigerator?2. How many times in a week do we need to apply Onion juice for hair?3. Can we add other ingredients?
Don't throw away the pulp. Put it in OLD tennis shoes. It helps get rid of foot odors, helps circulation and all the good things good circulation does. It also helps with the thousands of nerve endings in your feet. Onions help from head to toe. ;)
Tasundra Stephens God bless u too queen.... Hopefully u can come to Las Vegas to visit one day.... We can go have a cocktail or just water on the rocks....
Pmsl. Thank you for this. I made the pulp mistake and come the end of the day my head was radiating onion so bad it stank up the tube! I wanted to throw myself on the tracks for the shame. I gave up because of it but thanks to your advice I will try it again.
Every time I attempted to try this onion juice it creates bumps on my scalp. Gotta find something else that my scalp likes. Rice water seems to be agreeing with it so far.
use red onion and add organic essential oils that promote hair growth/shine etc.. the essential oil will take away the majority of the onion smell if not all x
White onions are the lowest in sulphur (which is what we're gunning for). These ones are only good for salads. Red onions have about 50/75% sulphur in them. However... the brownish, orange looking ones have the highest amounts of sulphur in them. :)
i used 1ginger,1yellow onion,2 clove of garlic,2 shallots, 2 drops of tea tree,2drops of rosemary,2 drops lavender or sage.i could barely smell the onion or garlic use spray bottle if using a blender make sure u add alil water to help with the pulp or strain it out
It works wonders making your hair soft and feel amazing I could handle the smell but lingers everywhere I hade to wash my hair 4 times and use lemon to get the smell out it's not worth all the trouble of smelling like an onion but I don't regret it!
I'm a guy this really works I did it for 6 months EVERYNIGHT. I have a full head of hair "thick hair" like when I was in college. Im getting ready to dread my hair. Thank you for this video.
What to do with the smell of onion on hair??😢
@@noyybs2699 you can add lavender oil and tea tree. Put a plastic bag on head and throw bag out after then shampoo and conditioner as regular.

Do you wash it out every night or it sleep on

Try boiling the onions. The smell disappears and the nutrients are not destroyed by heat. Check out Green Beauty on you tube she has useful tips

***** you have to keep on doing it! No shampoo . rinse with cold water.
Using hot water to either wash or rinse hair is a no no, It weakens & damages the hair. The water should be room temperature
jinae di nisci I washed my hair with hot water😟😟
I was going to say the same. Hot water makes the hair dry and rough.
jinae di nisci I agreed with u fabulous
jinae di nisci if it’s like boiling hair that’s a no no not just like hot water isn’t bad your hair will be ok
I've always washed my hair with hot water and my hair grows

+subrina jamieson my hair very week i use daily or after one week
h
Your voice is very calming it's making me fall asleep
😂😂😂 noooo you did it with the pulp this is too funny.
I suffered extensive hair loss for almost one and half year, recently however thanks to onion hair mask i am fully recovering. And it works.
I'm glad to hear that
Genet Haile hii can u pls suggest me big onion or small one?
Hi. Is this even possible. My wife has total hair loss and we have tried anything.
Use onion juice with a cotton don't use onion mash ok
An easier way to get the onion juice is by grating it with the cheese grater, then collect the onion in your hands and squeeze into another bowl
try using essential oils also. peppermint, rosemary, lavendar
Use a TINY amount of dish soap wash your hair it helps with the smell..
she's not even playing about that smell
Imade true it’s been a week and the smell is still there. Any recommendations?
@@mohammadalshamsi717 shampoo before and then put onion juice then shampoo after
I don’t have that problem. At least it’s not strong
Dry shampoo your hair while massaging the roots and wait for 5 minutes before washing. The smell will be completely gone.
Well, I blend the onion with rosemary tea, a bit of apple vinegar and, most important, 5 drops of lavender or peppermint essential oil.
Use it only on the scalp, wait 2 hours and wash as usually.
The smell is almost unnoticeable.
After a few days of use my hair got really dry and no positive results, so just stopped.:(
Just use onion rinse mixed with olive or coconut oil🙄
I thought everyone knew that they had to strain the onion. The same goes for aloe. If you don't strain it you will see it in your hair.
Just to let you know, I've been using onion and garlic juice on my scalp since 7th Dec. I was a norwood 3 receding . Now I am having total hair regrowth. It feels like there is a beard growing under my thin hair. It's all thanks to the onion and garlic. Also, I've been massaging by pincing the skin daily to stimulate circulation. good luck
+Luke Ozard It took 3 months to get it growing, I thought I was wasting my time, but lo and behold, it worked!
+Luke Ozard everyday?
how often did you use it?
Luke Ozard How often do you have to do this?
Need pictures and a youtube video, Ill subscribe
The smell --- OMG! THE SMELL! A day later I'm running, and starting to sweat and my head starts SMELLING!!! Lol! So, yes -- DON'T use the pulp, just use the juice only. Great Advice!!!
I use onion juice differently. My way doesn't really leave a strong smell and you can use how much you want and leave it on as long as I need. Peel and Chop and onion, throw it into a pot and one or two cups of water and boil. Filter and apply how Layefa did in the video. Rise out or keep on
You are a real black Queen! I really enjoy hearing you speak and your video is great / informative. See you next time.
Thanks, never heard of that one but maybe it's worth a try
Thanks fot the advie! I am gonna try adding olive oil to the onion juice the netxt time. I have found that with my straight and short hair getting the onion bits out is not very hard. Also I have problems with dandruff and eczema and I found it is what helps the best for my itchy scalp.
your hair is so thick and beautiful 😍😍😍 *collects all the onions*
And let's not talk about the smell!! my class mates would be sniffing around trying to find where that smell was coming from...and I was sniffing with them 'cause I wasn't about to blow my cover!! lool
I was smelly with pulp falling from my hair for almost a month. But a friend told me that apparently to get over the smell you should wash your hair with a mix of shampoo and lemon juice.
Melissa Hunt funnnnny!! lol!!
Melissa Hunt lol use strainer and get the juice only its same 😆
This is exactly my story.. i have got college tom. And i followed the same procedure. 😂😂 i better not leave my home
+Mellyb caramel
how long did it take for the smell to completely go?
about 10 days....keep in mine that I washed it everyday and it was still smelling
Do u know what to do with the smell?
Take are to minimize the onion water on length of hair, it drying effect.
Add/use rose petals (garden organic, not florist) to fragrance the onion oil
Do massage to stimulate blood to scalp, be gentle
This treatment great for dandruff too.
Ghislaine Beauce what a little bitch you are! Jeeeeezzzzzz
Also adding honey to the mixture is really good for your hair it moisturizers your hair and makes it stronger
You guys are treating onions like a monster! You should come to Bangladesh, our onions are really gentle and cool!🙄🙄
You greedy.. What more hair do you want.. You have good volume and thick hair... Im jealous
i lost my hair both sides....can it regrow ...again
AB DUL yes they can. i used to have a bald spot on the back of my head. I managed to cure it using red onion juice. You need a few months time to see results though. It's worth the wait!
Joel Connor how many times a weak did you use? my husband wants to try on his balding patch on head.. Thanks
joel connor thnx
Fouzia Akhwand I use it every night before I go to bed. I leave it overnight and wash my hair in the morning. You can let your husband wear a shower cap or leave a towel on your pillow if you're afraid of the mess but usually the juice will dry out and won't cause any mess.
I love how you descdbed the testing I was in tears laughing 😂
Add some water on onion juice
😀😀😀😀😆😆😆😆😆
I have been informed to try this by my hairdresser, she swears by this, but thxs for the heads up on straining the juice.
wash your hair out with lemon juice.... it takes the smell away
But never use hot water on your hair and body.
thanks for the warning mwah just love your video
Girl, you don't need anything, your hair is perfect... love your accent and attitude. great video. ill do it with red onions
Since I've been praying- bowing down to God 5 times a day I've seen a rapid hair growth......
All praise due to Allah.
Trademark uk MashaAllah
Lol
oh waw .. lier
It’s due to the fact that u invert ur head frequently.
allah hu akborg
You can add lavender oil it really helps with the smell
Thanks for this! You saved me a lot of trouble!
+Lé Feran glad to hear that
I used a juicer less smell worked great
thank for your post. I have been wanting to try this! So when you used the oil with the onion did it really mask the smell once you washed? I was thinking of a parsley rinse after wards ... gets rid of the smell of onions and it's also probably good for hair.
Rafaellea rizk
parsley is a godd idea! have you tried it? does it work?
Thanks girl, it is not everyday we see such honest videos of diys gone wrong
You should boil it w/water and strain it. Check out GreenBeauty’s videos on it.
Hello Thank you for this video. I do have some Questions and they’re as follows:-1. Can I make a lot of onion Juice, put it in the Applicator and then store it in the Refrigerator?2. How many times in a week do we need to apply Onion juice for hair?3. Can we add other ingredients?
Girllll, when you said "the pulp along with the juice." I knew it would be a mess. Nooooooooooooooo
Don't throw away the pulp. Put it in OLD tennis shoes. It helps get rid of foot odors, helps circulation and all the good things good circulation does. It also helps with the thousands of nerve endings in your feet. Onions help from head to toe.
;)
amazing
I love your natural hair in this video. Keep it natural. It's beautiful.
Was lovely to meet you last week!! Hope NEXT UP is going well for you today!!!!! Look forward to hearing all about it on Friday at the party :-)
U r so cute... All that pretty hair..... A real Black Queen.....✊🏾
Jason Williams God bless you
Tasundra Stephens God bless u too queen.... Hopefully u can come to Las Vegas to visit one day.... We can go have a cocktail or just water on the rocks....
aww well thank you hun. I appreciate the kindness of your words
Tasundra Stephens hi so if u don't have olive oil what can u hoos normel oil
Jason Williams you are too
Pmsl. Thank you for this. I made the pulp mistake and come the end of the day my head was radiating onion so bad it stank up the tube! I wanted to throw myself on the tracks for the shame. I gave up because of it but thanks to your advice I will try it again.
Every time I attempted to try this onion juice it creates bumps on my
scalp. Gotta find something else that my scalp likes. Rice water seems
to be agreeing with it so far.
Dianne Anderson ginger?
Mix onion and ginger.
It works great.
thank you for explaining the correct way! !! you are a good teacher 😃
for how long you need to apply onion juice for hair growth.??
at least 30 minutes
mythusweet006 if u don't have olive oil can u hoos nomel oil
use red onion and add organic essential oils that promote hair growth/shine etc.. the essential oil will take away the majority of the onion smell if not all x
Your hair is beautiful. I think I'll give this a go.
“OPEN YOUR WINDOWS OR GO TO YOUR BACKYARD”... Lol
i actually like smelling like onions. Might be only one who like it.
Marie Watch me girl what?!😭
White onions are the lowest in sulphur (which is what we're gunning for). These ones are only good for salads.
Red onions have about 50/75% sulphur in them.
However... the brownish, orange looking ones have the highest amounts of sulphur in them. :)
Can you leave it on until the next time you wash your hair (about every 4-5 days)?
harkirat k it will smell
You can add ACV to your onion juice rinse to maximize results and minimize smell.
how long was it until you started seeing growth results
best use on scalp before washing hair..strain onion after juicing or mixing ..use yellow onion ..😊
but you have SO much hair ALREADY!!!!! I do not think you have any need for this
i used 1ginger,1yellow onion,2 clove of garlic,2 shallots, 2 drops of tea tree,2drops of rosemary,2 drops lavender or sage.i could barely smell the onion or garlic use spray bottle if using a blender make sure u add alil water to help with the pulp or strain it out
How long do you leave it on for?
It works wonders making your hair soft and feel amazing I could handle the smell but lingers everywhere I hade to wash my hair 4 times and use lemon to get the smell out it's not worth all the trouble of smelling like an onion but I don't regret it!
+Beauty of My Life
I washed my hair thrice it's still stinking badly...wt do I do?
@@nikithamurthy is it still stinking now? How long before the smell went?
