Thank you, Ash. Thank you for taking the courageous step to share your story so openly. Your story serves as an example that we can definitely make it.
@@themorningmist99 thank you for your work as well. On tackling various topics related to schizophrenia and teaching others how to overcome it. We can make a difference
@@AshTheCoffeeMonk Thanks for sharing your story Ash. You ought to put some videos out yourself on your RUclips channel. I dare say you have a lot more value to share. 🙂
thank you so much for the interview! would you mind telling me exactly what steps you took to get better? did you stay on your medication? what specifically did you do?
I’m glad I found this channel and video, I myself was diagnosed in late 2019 and am out of the worst of it! I would love the opportunity to speak about it and inspire/encourage!

What a gem of an interview! It's filled with quotables on overcoming hardships and building resiliency. One of my personal favorite is "one small win" each day. That is progress; it all counts. @themorningmist99 Thank you! You have a beautiful mind. You did great 😊. @Ash Your smile is like a ray of sunshine. Keep smiling young man, the best is yet to come 🙂👊🏽🙏🏾
Please find out about work of dr Hoffer and Orthomolecular medicine, I commented on another video already but it is so important as can support you on your path away from drugs. You were very lucky to drop 'psychotics' as I call the drugs before serious side effects appeared, a person affected often does not recognise those because of so called 'masking' effect described by Dr Peter Breggin in e.g. 'Medication madness'. Thank you for your hard work and courage to support all the distressed people out there.
Heya its me Ash
