I think it is easier to say what is good with it. I have 2 of them that were sold new in the local area to oyster farmers. I at least now have the missing injector to get one of them going but I have a few other projects in front of the Macs.
No, not with the TL, it’ll go all day and It runs real slow. I wound the governor springs pretty loose and that helps the slower settings. Have you found one or want one ? Cheers.
@@jenkodiesel5768 thanks for the response! I have found one it’s actually a “T” and not a “TL”. I’ve heard people say that they can loose heat in the bulb when running slow under no load and stop. But your experience with a TL seem to be different which is good. I like my engines to run nice and slow all day long, good to hear that I shouldn’t have a problem :)
@@anthacdc I think the hot bowl issue has everything to do with the spray pattern of the atomizer. You need a 4” spray at the hot bowl to head mating area.

Nice engine, I’m looking at purchasing one. Do you have issues with the hot bulb cooling off at a slow idle? Cheers Anthony.
