I have very dear memories about having sung this song with the African American Choral Ensemble of Indiana University at Bloomington, conducted by the late Dr. James Mumford, in 2003-5. It deeply moved me and still does. Thank you for sharing this beauty, keep up the good work, and best wishes from Spain!

Excellent work. About time our neglected African-American composers received their due. Undine Smith Moore was a superb composer. It's tragic that she received little recognition during her life.

Works by Undine Smith Moore 1904-1989. Awesome historical work and context.
