Perfect! Long time looking for a Shure UA221 (passive distribution) video! This shows it in a rack enviroment. Allthough I guess I'll have to fix the two littel adapters with Gaffa Tape to the receivers ;)

We just bought 5 wireless Shure BetaSM58, but didn’t get a distributor. Is it possible to use the five simultaneously or will we for sure run into issues?

.can I use the antena distribución with mixed shure units.? Like if I have 1 qlxd, 1 ULX , and 2 slxd4

Yes. However you need to use a pair of wide frequency range paddle antennas. Unless all of your receivers work within the same frequency range, stock antennas would only work with corresponding receivers and won't provide enough signal for those with different frequency range.
