You missed Nagato - he can no longer do his "universal pull". People in the comments who say "this isn't that bad" - you clearly haven't played much of the game. Since chakra didn't regenerate like crazy back then, and you couldn't constantly dash in, having a mid-ranged "get off me" tool was actually very useful. Yes, some tilts were really bad and almost never used, but regardless, they were another option to surprise your opponent with. Adding a "second jutsu" feature, only to then remove tilts and rebrand a lot of them as "new justus" is very lame.
Chakra Shuriken was pretty much useless but why remove so many tilts? Over half the cast already had secondary jutsus to use but most of them are old tilts instead. Side note (pun intended), I really wish they bring back side combos from other games as the had a style that the other directional combos didn't.

They made Young Naruto and Young Sasuke my mains and it made a lot of online players respect it and be careful on when they rushed me down, and now it's a lot harder without them, lol.
Some of the moves they moved to jutsu are just moves. They don't require chakra canonically. It just makes things look stupid and there's no justification for taking out tilts
Technically every single move needs chakra, a normal punch, kick, weapon attack could not do any damage to a ninja so is necesary to increase the strength using chakra.
Eh I always used them as free attacks because they cost nothing. Really I feel they only helped ranged characters since they already had very limited ways to defend themselves if someone got close

yes. this is not a numbered storm game, keep in mind . it’s one of the middle ones, like generations or revolution. They’re likely waiting on the Boruto manga to end before they whip out a storm 5
if this is true they need to base the mechanics off of storm 4 because everything mechanics wise on connections is a complete downgrade from storm 4, connections just caters to bums and casuals with easy spam and a lot of mechanics and movement were removed
They turned something great from storm 3 into another great one in storm 4…practically that sussano shooting everyone away from you is great but you can’t deny that massive fire dragon is too damn badass and it put fear into your opponent seeing a big part of the map is now on fire.
The question is, why the hell with deleting the old... You don’t need to invent new techniques. Just look at the pages of the manga or watch the anime and you will see that you haven’t added a shit ton of techniques... And there’s no need to rack your brain... Give the Uchihas genjutsu, bring back the awakening from the revolution, give new awakening to characters that simply strengthen them, not give them a new move set, give Suigetsu the finger shot technique, give Karin the Uzumaki chain technique or regeneration, give Madara ranton koga... After all, you screwed up a lot of techniques, so now you’ve removed even more old ones...

I wouldn't have minded it had they made their tilts into a jutsu but they gave them kunai as a second ninjutsu what the heck. Sai didn't even need it because his first jutsu was already a better ranged attack who also stunned for longer to begin with.
Dont get why they wouldn't just keep them for one. They charging full price make new jutsu, but even if not make it ab alternate version of the characters like might guy has.

The game has already been simplified too many times, if they follow the same idea for the next game, there will only be 1 normal combo, air combo, 2 jutsus and 1 ultimate per character, it's ridiculous, they should have kept the movesets like generations, since storm 3 it has only gotten worse
@@password460 There are different editions to the game besides the standart edition. Premium collectors edition goes for 150-200 bucks. DLC and discounts will bring in a lot of money too. Player count does not equal purchases, and Steam has never been the biggest platform when it comes to games.

Some tilts were very annoying in online mode. So im kinda glad they are removed. But this is most likely just experimenting with the controls and moves. So maybe when storm 5 is here, things will go back to the way they were in storm 4.

If you didn't gain the fireball jutsu it would have ruined Itachi. It still nerfs him hard no chakra cost, offensive damage, ends with you behind the opponent, basically a free Chakra Dash, if times right cash be an equivalent to a substitution not to mention that using tilt is skill based and isn't super easy to use while the truest complaint about the game is the combos are to simple. Tilt added a layer of complexity so as a newbie can't spam Temari, Tenten ect. for the win its a shame and unless I find out you walk around the works for sorry mode like in storm 2 will prevent me from buying.
Tbh, outside of Itachi's Crows, i don't give a damn about them. They were nice but only few were actually useful and these that were, are kept as Jutsu's anyway.

I’m glad they removed them and chakra shuriken as well. Never used them in casual or ranked, they never felt natural or flowed smoothly during combat so they were just taking up space in the combo list. Now I have access to two jutsus that feel smooth and natural during the flow of combat.

If you played storm 4 you would know that neji could select air palm as his ninjutsu while having it as his tilt and they are different. This tilt is not in the game but he still has the air palm jutsu

In the history mode pts naruto's tilt is a placeholder because naruto could not use the rasengan from the beggining of the series and the same case is with pts sasuke's tilt becuase sasuke could not use the chidori from the beggining of the series either......

@angeljulioogandomejia1035 The only time I've seen it used, it wasn't a counter tho. It was just him throwing the shuriken, unless I missed something
@@HeyItsMeAgain94 If you use that jutsu iruka does a pose waiting for the oponent's attack and then he counters the oponent's attack throwing a shuriken, if you do not want to wait for the oponent's attack you press the bottom again and iruka throws the shuriken.

If you played storm 4 you would know that neji could select air palm as his ninjutsu while having it as his tilt and they are different. This tilt is not in the game but he still has the air palm jutsu

The only missing jutsu I am gonna miss is Itatchi's clone jutsu super explosion. Other than that I don't really care about the other missing jutsu's

There is a lot to complains about this new game and let's be honest they half ass it all around . 😮💨 Storm 4 just feels better to play. This new fighting mechanic gimmick is less balanced
I'm pretty sure pts narutos one can be used cos I'm sure I used it in the history mode
In the history mode pts naruto's tilt is a placeholder because naruto could not use the rasengan from the beggining of the series and the same case is with pts sasuke's tilt becuase sasuke could not use the chidori from the beggining of the series either......
U shouldve showed the new jutsu thats there instead
