Tone demo of a Sadowsky MetroExpress MV4E jazz bass.
Testing this cool and versatile bass. Made in 2019 in Japan. Specs: ash body, maple neck and fretboard, sadowsky single coil pickups, active 2-way boost only EQ with VTC circuit.

I'm surprised how much I like this tone. I always loved Jason Newstead's tone and assumed I'd at least have to get a German sadowsky to achieve that.
How's the playability on this line?

It's a 2019 japanese MextroExpress, before the Warwick takeover. I did 2 Metallica covers on this bass, check out my channel for them. I no longer have this bass, but it was very comfy to play, and the built quality was top notch.
